They responded to my request right away, scheduled me within the week, showed up right on time, were friendly, efficient, clean, polite and super respectful of social distancing in my home. They could not complete the work in one trip, so made another appointment on the spot within the week and next person to show up was also friendly, professional and efficient. Prices are in line with all the companies I checked. I highly recommend them!!

I bought this new dryer and after it was installed, it was not drying at all. It kept indicating that the duct was 90% blocked. Being a relatively new home owner i had no idea that the ducts had to be cleaned yearly. I actually hired another company before I reached out to Cal Duct cleaning, and they were not able to help me...they said the problem was too big for them. I started to worry if anyone could help me. I ended up finding Cal Duct cleaning on Yelp and I explained to the owner that I have a big problem and he assured me that they will be able to take care of it. They were able to quickly fit me into their schedule and they did get the job done. They got down into the crawl space, took apart the vent and did a thorough cleaning. Now my dryer works great! Very happy with the service. The guy showed up promptly and was very polite. He cleaned everything I have requested for cleaning the dryer, duct, vent and it took around 2 hours. Airflow output doubled to 8 (very good?) The service cost was very reasonable and one of the lowest quote I received. I highly recommend this company for your dryer vent cleaning.

The owner got back to me. It seems the vacuum had a very small leak, which they repaired. He apologized and helped to make it right by covering a full cleaning. It's very nice when businesses are really responsive to customer service issues. Thanks! ________ Murad was courteous, super friendly, and did a good job cleaning out the chimney. He also gave us a free dryer vent inspection and went above and beyond locating the duct output on the roof. He measured the air flow output at 6+ with the dryer running and said that was above 3 so we did not need the cleaning. Thorough and honest. We were very happy when he left but then we soon noticed there was a fine black dust coating EVERYTHING on the first floor and noticed the bottoms of our feet were black. We saw black tracks going up the white carpeted stairs. We started an air purifier in the room and it helped. Then we cleaned the floor twice and struggled to clean the upholstery which had not been covered. Overall, after 2 days, my feeling is that much more should have been communicated up front regarding the amount of fine black dust that would be in the house afterwards. We could have prepped the house with more coverings on furniture, removed the rugs, possibly sealed off the chimney. We probably wouldn't have had our elderly parents walking around downstairs without a mask. I will recommend these guys thanks to Murad but know that chimney cleaning is messy and make sure you prep your 1st floor before the cleaning.

The last time I lit my fireplace smoke filled the inside of my house. Submitted a request through Yelp. Got a quick response with a reasonable estimate from Max. I was able to get technicians at my house a couple days later. The gentlemen were extremely professional when they showed up with face masks and even removed their shoes before walking on my wood floors. They did a heavy cleaning and explained what caused the back draft into the house. Lit the fireplace that same night to watch Lebron with my son. NO SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE!!! 5 star service.
