Did a great job inspecting system and, along with being very friendly, my technician, Randy, explained what he'd done and whether anything needed attention. He was exactly what I'm looking for in a company - doing what I paid them to do - my semi-annual inspection.

Last company with the initials P.R. decided that they should be paid to come to my houser for an inspection and demand that I allow them to spend hours going through my house and then take an hour of my time to try to sell me on replacing all the wiring and plumbing in my house, Literally, had to demand they leave my property and they never actually bothered to inspect the A/C.

Champion Air does their job professionally and respectfully. Can't recommend them more.

Johnathon was excellent. He showed up almost immediately after we called and had the AC back on in 30 minutes. He also found improperly installed parts by another company from a previous repair. He is why we signed up for a maintenance plan.

Jonathan is a keeper. He called before getting here and called inst ad of ringing the doorbell because I have 3 barking dogs. I will request him for my future maintenance. From the pictures he did a fantastic job.

I recently had a new AC system installed by Champion Air. While the initial installation didn’t go as smoothly as expected due to some communication issues with the original installer, the company truly showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Josh Gleason, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was made right. I had an issue with a vibration in the AC line that made the system seem noisy, and Josh took the time to carefully diagnose and resolve it. Thanks to his dedication, the unit is now running smoothly and quietly.

The other technicians who came out were also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in the team as a whole.

I’m giving Champion Air a 5-star review because I believe a great company is not one that never has issues, but one that acknowledges them and takes responsibility to fix them. Champion Air did exactly that.

Despite a rocky start, I would 100% recommend Champion Air to anyone looking to get a new AC system installed. They stand behind their work, and people like Josh and the rest of his Team make all the difference.

Joshua was here in just a few minutes after we called because he was in the area. Had to get part from Trane before they closed at 4 PM and still finished in less than 2 hours. Great service.

We had a bad experience on the scale of predatory with champion. The air was broken and the person champion sent appeared to be honest and helpful. He provided two options. Fix with new parts and spend $5,000 or buy a new unit for $13,000. Not comfortable with the options we had another company come out, assessed the issue, fixed a capacitor, and our unit is running great. I shared my concern with the nice person that called to follow up and was then called by a service manager. The manager tried to defend his representative and explain that the coils were rusted and the fan motor needed to be replaced. There is no justification for predatory a/c practices in the state of Arizona, where people heat is extreme. They have sent us a bill for $89 for the service visit. Here’s the bottom line. If you want to pay $89 for a predatory a/c company that will try to take advantage of you, not fix your air, and the try to justify their actions, Champion is your company. If you want someone that will treat you fair and truly cares about their customers, go to Klimate King. They were fair and treated us well.
