Had an incredible experience with La Water Solutions. Business owner Khachik was very helpful, friendly, and was highly knowledgeable regarding water filtration systems and other options. Im grateful to have found this company as they are committed to ensuring I have clean, purified water. He took the time to clearly explain options for water softening and reverse osmosis system at our home, addressed all of our questions, and gave recommendations. Called LA water solutions and they got the work done for our home filtration system the same day, It shows that he really cares for his business and to help others. Called other companies, but they either didn't pick up or were slow to respond.

The initial repair went well until they cracked the water-main. They repaired that but in doing so disrupted the existing line going into the building causing an under the concrete floor leak. They informed us that because of this they had to turn the water off for the whole building 12 units plus a small church. They did came back with a vague estimate on re-doing the water line just to the units themselves. The estimate was inaccurate on a number of items. As the property maintenance engineer my impression is that the owner, who wrote the estimate has no real working knowledge of plumbing. After working hours I called the working supervisor on the job questioned him on the exorbitant price. Within a few minutes he responded back reducing the $66,000 price down to $45,000. This in itself set off an alarm! I have no fault with the initial work just the unwarranted high cost but moreover having the room to reduce it off-the-cuff by $20,000!! In this case I feel ClearWater Plumbing took advantage of us in an extremely stressful situation. In my unvarnished honesty I would warn people to stay away from this company. Trustworthiness and honesty are not their strong points.

Clearwater replaced 80 feet of our damaged and offset 60 year old clay pipe sewer with new hdpe pipe and included a materials and labor guarantee. Our sewer lateral was about 9 feet deep but the crew dug it out in record speed. They could have finished in one day, but finished it in two to work around the city inspector's schedule.
