Cloud comfort is professional and has excellent communication. They kept me up to date on the arrival time, and even offered me earlier appointments (which I unfortunately couldn’t take due to work). Peter was friendly and professional, got right down to business, and was able to figure out why our AC wasn’t working. He went out of his way to make friends with our dog (who was the cause of said AC failure) and then fixed the problem in a way that our dog would not become a repeat offender. Their prices are reasonable and cloud comfort will be maintaining our HVAC from here on out.

I called out a company to take a look at our system, which wasn’t producing cold air, and was told I had a leak that could possibly be found but, given the age of my system, it might be best to replace my condenser (outside) and evaporator (attic). Because it would cost $7000, I decided to get a few more opinions.

Cloud Care was the second group that came out. Peter and his associate, Obi, were friendly, funny, and a pleasure to talk with. I played dumb about what the issue was because I wanted to see what they would say. Whereas the first guy had diagnosed the issue in 10-15 minutes, Peter took one look at the dust in the condenser coils and the leaves at the bottom of the box and proceeded to spend almost 1 hour cleaning everything out to make sure his measurements would be accurate. He eventually told me there was a leak in my system. I was impressed with his attention to detail, social game, and obvious experience with the industry. I decided I wanted to do business with his company. When he gave me his bid of $7200 to replace the condenser and evaporator, I came clean. I told him he was the 2nd person to diagnose the issue and that the last bid I had was $7000 but, because of all the work he had done up to that point, I wanted to do business with his group if they could beat the price. The next day, he gave me a quote of $6821, which I accepted. Alfonso and Carlos came out the following week to install the system. I was impressed that the job only took two guys considering how much equipment they moved and effort they put into doing the job.

Less than 1 week after the install, the condenser stopped working. On Sunday at 7 in the morning I tried calling Cloud Comfort but only got a voicemail message. I decided to text Peter to see if he had a number I could call for service. Even though I’m sure he was off the clock, he responded within 10 minutes and said he could get someone out later that day. I wound up having to schedule someone to come out later but I was impressed at the fast responses of Peter. A few days later, Alfonso and Carlos came back to my house. They figured out the issue was an external drainage tube that had been blocked up by dirt from another project I had recently done. From start to finish, it took them less than an hour to get my system up and running.

Cloud Comfort has solid employees that know their stuff. The customer service of the company before, during, and after the installation of my condenser and evaporator was top notch. Peter, Obi, Alfonso, and Carlos are a credit to the organization. Peter’s efforts and methodical approach to looking at my HVAC system were why I decided to go with his company. I would recommend Cloud Comfort to anyone that needs work on their air conditioning system.

I had a great experience with Erwin, the HVAC technician who serviced my home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and even gave me helpful tips to maintain my system efficiently.

She got us scheduled fast, explained everything without sounding like she was reading from a robot script, and made us feel like we were in the best hands from the jump. Customer service like that? Rare.

Then Miguel showed up and got to work like a true pro. He found out the heat sensor was dusty -- just dusty! -- like it had been chilling in a vacuum bag. He cleaned it up, gave the whole system a tune-up, and had everything running smooth again in under two hours. No mess, no stress, just warm air and peace of mind.

This wasn't just "fixing a heater." This was taking care of a family. And when it's your parents' home -- the place you grew up, the people you love -- that means everything.
