I'm a property manager for a condo in Brickell and Eddy the owner from Coastal Plumbing has far exceeded our expectations. He is our go to for all our service requests ranging from minor clogs to major 30+ feet pipe replacements. Multiple residents have also used his services for toilet clogs, leaks and water heater replacements for their individual unit and all have been beyond satisfied with his results. Eddie is not only a plumbing magician but he was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Our main sewer line connection became blocked on a Sunday afternoon, so all of our water appliances were backing up. I got in touch with Eddie, and he had someone come by within a couple hours on a Sunday evening. They snaked the line, broke up the clog, and resealed one of our toilets that had previously started leaking. Over the phone Eddie was super friendly, explained everything, provided up-front pricing, and let me know that if it clogged again he would need to come out with a video camera. The additional charge for the emergency weekend plumbing was better than two other quotes I had received.
Within a week the issues started up again. I got in touch with Eddie and he personally came out to run the video camera to diagnose the problem. He has a bunch of awesome (and expensive) equipment and he was excited to explain everything to me in as much detail as I wanted. He diagnosed the issues, thoroughly explained every step of his process, provided me with the different options and price points (all of which seemed comparatively reasonable), and proceeded to clean out all of the grease build-up, which should hopefully keep things running smoothly for a while.
Not only did he fix our issue, but he gave us tons of advice for various things that we can do on our own to fix/prevent issues so that we don't need to spend hundreds/thousands more to have them professionally fixed.
If/when we need to re-do the poor plumbing that Eddie pointed out, he will be the first person that I call. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Eddie!

From the very first phone call I placed to Eddie he was utterly professional, responsive and knowledgeable. They came in to my apartment short of two hours of my first call showing they really cared about the issue and understood the situation needed immediate attention, and I am forever grateful for that level of concern from a professional. Although we had a confirmed appointment of 1 PM, Coastal let us know that they had earlier availability if we were interested. They arrived on time, which is rare for maintenance in my experience.
