I really love this company. They came to my aide when another company had a shady partner who took many of us for an expensive ride. This company made a bad nightmare turn into an acceptable outcome. The owner is upfront, honest and outstanding with delivery and went the extra mile for me when I thought I was stuck with a bad outcome. I found my favorite technician to be Spencer whom I request to come out for my service calls and maintenance. He is excellent in explaining all the details of service and maintenance needs and never pressures me. I am using their VIP program thanks to Spencer and saving an additional 15% on all parts and labor as well a my maintenance for my 2 units. Recommend the VIP payment. They come out right away rather than putting you at the back of the line. Thank you Comfort Allstars for all you do and have done for me. I will be a long term customer and recommend you to anyone who is dealing with AC issues or needs.
…Meant to send this months ago but forgot to push send…sadly my upstairs pan overflowed due to 2 faulty wirings for 2 overflow circuit interrupters in case one was faulty…a heavy rain came just days after having my VIP maintenance done and I assumed it was a leaky roof dripping into my middle bedroom, but my brother who is hvac certified said the wiring was faulty and the drain was plugged (just days after the vip service for maintenance was completed). This occurred on my granddaughter’s graduation party eve we were throwing at the house and we had to deal with this fiasco ourselves due to the party timeline. We vacuumed and took pics of the cieling we just painted below the drain pan. …Not the end of the world, but I had to deal with a death of a significant other and caretaking before that so I called and left messages but had to deal with other issues and really cannot say if they called me back or not. I keep trying but a year later it has not been addressed even though I know they will make this right. Things get busy and yet I still called them to do another AC job and electrical box replacement because Jack is an upstanding and ethical man and has proven that to me in spades and only hires employees who have great attitudes. I am sure this will be corrected, but I have been so busy with estate business and moves that I am still a little frustrated and want the darn ceiling back to normal

Perhaps Google only allows one review so I did send the initial part, but as far as Dave the “excellent” electrician who came out to my place to replace an old electric panel I can attest he did a wonderful job. Jack only hires professionals who treat the customers well and I will share my recommendations on the neighborhood blogs when some ask whom to hire for such a job. I always get a few bids to know what the ballpark will be and cannot believe how some really are so unreasonable and out of everyone else’s bid. Jack was one I always wanted to give a chance for any bid as I will always remember how he took great care of me when I was ripped off with a lousy company who presented themselves deceptively and made life a hvac hell. I can full heartedly say this company is honest, fair and professional and the employees are very nice to have in your home-space. Every one seemed to put their best effort forward and worked well together to do a job well done. Still more to come as we have some more electrical /hvac jobs to get completed for the second time I used All Comfort All-Stars…As long as Jack is at the helm I know I will be treated as a valued customer…that you just do not see as much anymore with all the big companies buying out the small companies and unabashedly ripping people off…Learned this the hard way….Thank you Jack and all the team who support All Comfort Allstars…I really appreciate your service and humanity… You walk the talk.
