I just closed on a house that had a poorly functioning 15 yr old HVAC. I got 4 quotes from HVAC companies in Austin. Two were much cheaper without sacrificing warranties, licenses, bonds, insurance, etc.. I went with Chris and Comfort Pros based on our phone call, his transparency, pricing, and the 0% financing option. His team was in and out in one day and got it done. The new unit is cranking the cool, and I look forward to a long-lasting HVAC system now. Shop around. I found Comfort Pros on Thumbtack. The ‘big companies’ are overcharging you.

Chris was extremely professional and found the problem right away when others could not (I had 3 other people look at it). My AC condenser was damaged from a recent storm and sadly could not be repaired (20+ years old). I got a fair price on a new system and he and his crew installed it the next day. Highly recommended.

Chris was very responsive after I reached out. I loved speaking with him because he is very transparent from the initial conversation. If you think you have an idea of what the issue is he will not give you the run around saying I need to look at it first but at least give you an idea of what could be wrong. Once he came out he was very nice and let us know from there exactly what the issue is. He will give you options that suits your needs! I will be using him and refer him to everyone!
