Just had a great experience with Comfort Pros Heating and Air Conditioning, a new company that I'm happy to recommend. I opted for their annual maintenance agreement and the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to our technician, Chris! He was prompt, sent a message when he was on his way, and was incredibly thorough with the system inspection. Solid work from Comfort Pros! My AC stopped working right when the summer temps were starting to kick in and these guys came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Chris did a great job laying out all my options with very reasonable prices. They knocked out the repair that same week and now we are back up and running with cold AC! Highly recommend.

Chris from Comfort Pros was very friendly and professional when I called at 10pm to schedule a broken AC unit capacitor. Chris was onsite the next morning, confirmed the issue and check my second AC system for issues as well. He then repaired AC unit within a few minutes and made a thorough assessment of my AC system to make sure it was fixed and there were no other issues. Chris also pointed out that my condenser unit was very dirty and when I told him I didn't want to pay for a cleaning, he spent the time to walk me through the process of doing it myself. Overall very prompt, efficient and friendly service by Chris from Comfort Pros. I would use him again for future HVAC issues.
