Solid work from Comfort Pros! My AC stopped working right when the summer temps were starting to kick in and these guys came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Chris did a great job laying out all my options with very reasonable prices. They knocked out the repair that same week and now we are back up and running with cold AC! Highly recommend.

I signed up with Comfort Pros Heating and & A/C for an annual service contract. The first visit, a free a/c tune up was very thorough. Even though the unit is new, the technician Chris did check every part. He even went into the crappy attic to check an on concern that I don't get enough cold airflow in two rooms, explained the issue, and gave me a temporary resolve and a later a possible repair/replacement estimate. That estimate is very reasonable. I was very impressed with the service, the knowledge of my unit, and the time he spent on site. Glad to have chosen the company for my annual service.

They responded within a couple hours, which was very reassuring when my apt reached 87 degrees inside. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I have an old unit that uses old tech. My issue was a failed capacitor and some other maintenance issues that he quickly identified, and clearly explained my options for repairs vs replacement. After paying a total that seems standard enough, my system was fixed within 24 hrs and is now operating better than before, which exceeded my expectations. When it comes time to replace my system I will highly likely reach out to this company again.
