Chris even delivered a portable AC unit for me to use until mine was fixed, which made a huge difference inside our home. Great service, trustworthy, and very professional. Being a landlord while living overseas is already hard enough, having the AC at your property go out during the dead of summer in Texas just makes a tough situation impossible. Luckily, I discovered Chris at Comfort Pros, and the rest is history. Positives: 1. Extremely fast and responsive communication via email. Being overseas, phone calls were simply not an option. And given 70%+ of the contractors I reached out to by email didn't even bother to respond, I'm confident in saying Chris's level of communication is second to none. (He was even responding quickly over the weekend!) 2. Although Comfort Pros doesn't offer a free evaluation like some places, he's more than happy to come by and give a free second opinion once you have a good idea of how to proceed. Even then, Chris was able to offer some additional insights and multiple recommendations and paths forward instead of only pushing the most expensive package. 3. Price was extremely competitive and fair compared to the some of the other quotes received. Don't bother going to the big national chains, you are getting ripped off. 4. Speed and service: Once I decided to go with a full Payne system replacement, Chris was able to get me scheduled in a few days time. However, given my AC system was already blowing hot air, Chris swung by beforehand up setup portable AC units for my tenant so that he and his family could be comfortable in the meantime. 5. Simple direct pricing: None of the special discounts this and cash discounts that. Chris offers one price, and that price will be competitive based on my experience. All in all, I am very happy with my experience with Chris and will be looking to use Comfort Pros for all my AC servicing for my properties moving forward.

Chris is amazing. Extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and VERY fair on the cost of service. I've been burned by HVAC repair companies in the past, and I won't be making that mistake again. I wasn't even charged for his time due to the nature of the problem, and he still assisted me in finding the right people for the job.
