Comfortmax installed a Mitsubishi heat pump to replace our central AC which had broken down. They did a good job. It is now July and we’ve had the heat pump for over a month and the AC is working well. I look forward to seeing how the heating works once the Fall gets here. I can certainly recommend ComfortMax.

My experience with Comfortmax has been amazing. They installed 5 Mitsubishi minisplits and one heat pump water heater into my house in Wellfleet MA and two outdoor units when my boiler died during the coldest weeks of the year. They were very responsive in answering all my questions shortly after my oil fired heating system died. On scoping out the project, they worked closely with me to select the equipment and size. They were able to schedule the work very quickly. Their teams were efficient with excellent workmanship. They did a beautiful job installing all the equipment, and cleaned up afterward. In addition to this, I want to give Arthur Ferreira Marquez a big shout out. He stayed with me throughout the project, both is convincing me to go with him, but also in making sure I was satisfied at every step. He made extra trips to meet with me when the water heater did not connect to WiFi, and then he arranged for a specialist to address the issue. This guys are great!

Shortly after the installation of the heat pumps, Comfortmax installed 19 IQ8X 400-Watt solar panels on my roof. The project was complicated by the need to close off a couple of skylights and to open up another on the north facing roof, putting on a new roof, moving recessed lights, doing sheetrock work, repainting the whole ceiling, upgrading the electrical panel and installing an EV charger. The project needed a lot of coordination between different trades in a timely manner and ComfortMax was the only bid that was able to guarantee a schedule for the project. Their bid also came in at a competitive price. I went with them and they executed on schedule (deadline was end of May 2025), with regular progress updates from Murilo Vidal, who was there for me every time I had a question. Toward the end, they pointed out that the scaffolding for the ceiling work had accidentally scratched the hard wood floor, and they refinished it, before I ever noticed it, at no cost to me! Lucas Araujo and Arthur Marquez stayed in communication throughout and helped close out the project. Another great experience with ComfortMax.
