Transforming A/C Troubles into Comfort
Transforming A/C Troubles into Comfort
At Cool & Heat Air Conditioning, we believe that a comfortable home is a happy home. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting one of our valued clients, Josephine de Asin, when her air conditioning unit began blowing hot air after a routine maintenance check by another company. In a moment of desperation, she reached out to us for a second opinion, and we were ready to help.
The Before: A Frustrating Experience
Josephine's experience began when she had her A/C serviced by another contractor. Initially, everything seemed to be working fine; however, by nightfall, her apartment started to heat up. Despite the technician's assurances that her roof unit was functioning properly, by Wednesday, her A/C was only able to blow hot air. Frustrated and uncomfortable, Josephine decided to seek our expertise.
Upon our arrival, Josephine shared her concerns about the diagnosis she had received during her last service. The previous company had suggested that she would need a new blower motorâan expense estimated at around $650âdue to an apparent fault in the unit. Given that her unit was over ten years old, they implied that replacing singular parts was not an option, leaving her feeling trapped between high costs and inconvenient service.
Our Solution: Expertise in Action
When Josephine contacted us, our customer service representative, Jessika, took the time to listen to her situation. We understand that each client interaction is crucial, particularly in times of need. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we arranged for our technician Leo to visit the following day on Saturday.
Upon inspection, Leo utilized his 15 years of experience and knowledge in HVAC systems to analyze the unit. Instead of the expected blower motor replacement, he discovered that the actual issue was a faulty capacitor, which is a significantly cheaper fix. By replacing the capacitor, we not only saved Josephine from unnecessary expenses but also extended the lifespan of her A/C unit.
> âNeedless to say, I will use Cool & Heat from now on for maintenance and service and when the time comes that I replace my unit. I heartily recommend them for their prompt, kind, transparent, and professional service." - Josephine de Asin
The After: Comfortable Living Restored
With the capacitor replaced, Josephineâs air conditioning system sprung back to life. She was once again enveloped in the comfort of cool air, rejuvenated and relieved after the stressful week she endured. Our team documented the repair process and even pointed out areas where the previous companyâs work had fallen short, showcasing our ethics of transparency and quality service.
The outcome not only emphasized our commitment to our clients but also reinforced our reputation as leaders in the HVAC industry. We strive to provide services backed by honest assessments and high-quality repairsâensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but comfortable and secure in their homes.
