Levi and Julian came on the hottest week of the summer, they were very helpful, kind, and professional. Made sure that my unit was back up and running and cooling perfectly. They also stayed to triple check that everything else was working following their maintenance and gave me advice to help continue to keep it working smoothly the rest of the summer. Would highly recommend this Cool Kings (Levi & Julian) to any of my friends.

Levi and his nephew were great, explained the problem and fixed it quicker than I expected. Both men were friendly and made a lasting impression. Cool Kings is now my go to for service. Thank you!

Came out for a service call, but despite knowing I was out of town, just left the a/c units leaking and didn't contact me. Nor did they contact me after I called the office. I had to call back, get the engineer's number and then call directly. I got two incorrect diagnoses. One saying the problem was a float switch (which my units don't have). One that the problem was the building's side of a pipe attachment. It wasn't and there isn't really something such as the building's side. They didn't seem to be able to fix any of these problems even if they had been right. Nor was it entirely clear they had checked both units. I eventually saw the actual problem with my own eyes when it was being fixed, namely, water was pooling instead of flowing out the drain leading to rust damage which had lead to water leaking out the bottom of the unit.
