Just had a new system put in by this company. They were very professional by providing options along with the pros and cons of the options. If you need ac work I would highly recommend them.

Cory and his crew did a great job recommending a system to replace my old unit. They also helped me see where added vents and contacts would help even the flow to my house. They were diligent in coming back out to make needed tweaks to the dampers to get things just right. I highly recommend them. Kris was my main tech that got everything just right.

Our church has had a horrible recent experience with Cool Kings.
My first impression was; "these guys may be okay to work with!", of course I based this solely on my interactions with the tech who was assigned to work at our Church. The tech was nice and respectful, so I am not going to pick on him. However, I called them and scheduled them to fix an AC on June 23, 2021 in which they did arrive and got an initial assessment. Long story short, the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced, which we allowed them to proceed with the work.

Problem #1: They began the installation, but basically insisted we pay for for the installation and repair before they fully completing the entire repair of this AC.

Problem #2: They scheduled and rescheduled multiple time. Also, scheduled and no showed, which led to rescheduling again. This was such a pain!

Problem #3: A month had passed and this AC was still down 'not working'. I questioned this to the owner "Corey' about this invoice and why we should pay this ticket, but he basically insisted payment then threw a tantrum about how he hated doing business with Churches. Basically he didn't trust churches to pay bills. In the end of this conversation we paid the initial ticket in good faith that they would just complete the work already. I don't know the owners last name, at this point I don't care either.

Problem #4: The process of scheduling and rescheduling and no showing and rescheduling continued. Yes, you are correct. They insisted payment only to brush us off.

Problem #5: Two months have now past and still this same AC is not working. OH! and this I mention that this AC is to a classroom for our Pre-school. Also, I mentioned to them multiple times that this AC needs to be operational before our preschool.

Problem #6: Once again we get scheduled for more repair, they showed up to do some work, but then needed to get another part ordered. So, we get scheduled for another date only to have another no show again. Another full week has now past. Our teachers are getting organized and prepared for kids to return, but still no AC for two of our classrooms.
Date is now 08/31/201

Problem #7: We here at the church don't want anything more to do with Cool Kings. We are left with having to pay another AC company to complete the repairs. Also, left with what actions to take and how to go about getting some sort of justification. If our church even decides to go this route.

Good Job Cool Kings! You are definitely providing a service.. of some kind!
