In a day where everyone wants you to scan a QR code, use electronic chat, or select options from their voice mail--D&D HVAC, not only had a human being to help, but were concerned about getting me help for an AC unit that had stopped running. Within an hour, Tomas had arrived and it took him less than 30 minutes to have my AC running again. Tomas was professional and courtous and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Overall I would highly recommend D&D HVAC to anyone who needs help immediately and I will definitely be a repeat customer. It's rare these days to do business with someone who genuinely cares and connecting with D&D HVAC was a blessing.

Family-owned business that values customer service. They were the original company that installed this new heating unit at my house about 3.5 years earlier, so I selected them to repair it after another company sent by the Home Warranty Co failed at repairing it during the 2 coldest months of winter. D&D was responsive in getting Technicians out although they had to travel for over an hour to get to my house. Technicians, Sedric & Christopher, spent a couple hours trying to diagnose the problem with the heating system, were professional & respectable of customer's home, & were committed in their efforts to find the problem with the unit, and I appreciated that. After the initial diagnosis & repair, the system still did not work properly once they replaced the 'Limit Switch' that was under warranty for the part only. I had already paid for their Labor costs for that. Although their Technician felt he knew what the issue may be since the replaced limit switch did not address the issue, I chose not to utilize D&D for further diagnosis & repair because of their additonal Labor costs & travel costs of further diagnosis for repairing the unit under warranty for parts. Subsequently, I turned back to the Home Warranty Co & required a different company to make the repair(s). Days after the initial D&D repair, a different diagnosis & repair was done to the system and resulted in the replacement of the 'Heat Exchanger' plus another part replaced on this almost new Heating System. But, I appreciated the quick response, hard work, and professionalism onsite by the 2 D&D technicians to try to fix the problem with the system.

System stopped cooling suddenly, within the span of a day. Called D&D because of very positive experiences with them in the past. They were booked yesterday, but came today. Within seconds of stepping out of the van Cedric heard the unit make a sound and immediately said that’s a bad capacitor. Within minutes Jalen had replaced the capacitor and the unit was working fine. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Prompt, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thank you for bringing our 78 degree house back down to 72!
