The Before: A Customer in Distress Ignacio contacted us late one night when his air conditioning unit left him in discomfort. With sweltering heat outside, the last thing anyone wants is a malfunctioning A/C. He turned to Yelp, and we promptly engaged with him. By 9:35 PM, our technician Ivan was already in communication with Ignacio, and by 10:40 PM, he was at his home ready to diagnose the issue. Ignacio summarized his initial concerns perfectly: “Last night the A/C was not blowing cold air… very professional and honest.” Our team understood that time was of the essence, and we pride ourselves in being available whenever our clients need us, even outside traditional hours. The Transformation Process: Quick and Efficient Actions Upon arrival, Ivan quickly got to work on the problematic A/C unit.
