Transforming Spaces: Shed & Gazebo
Transforming Spaces: Shed & Gazebo
At DDK Assembly Company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional handyman services that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our client's spaces. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Ashante J. on two major projects: a shed installation and gazebo assembly, both of which now stand as testaments to our team's expertise and commitment to quality.
The Challenge
When Ashante first approached us for assistance, she was looking for a reliable team to handle the installation of a new shed. She had specific thoughts about the type of foundation—she was considering a concrete base but was unsure about the best choice for her needs.
Our Approach
During our initial consultation, our expert, Sidney, offered valuable insights on the shed foundation. We suggested shifting the approach from concrete to a custom-built platform. This decision not only improved accessibility but also suited the landscape better, allowing for proper drainage and preventing any moisture issues that could arise from a concrete base.
Once the client was on board with the platform idea, our dedicated team got to work, ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed. The shed was constructed using high-quality materials to guarantee durability and longevity. Sidney and our team maintained open communication throughout the process to ensure that Ashante was satisfied with each step.
Results and Transformation
The result? A stunning shed that fits seamlessly into Ashante's backyard. The platform was a perfect choice, allowing for an aesthetic and functional structure that blends with the surroundings.
> "I must say, my shed looks perfect! I truly have zero complaints... he’s very professional, always on time, and you have time to pay your invoice which is a plus." — Ashante J.
Buoyed by the success of the shed, Ashante enlisted our services again, this time to assemble a gazebo. We were thrilled to continue working with her. Once again, our commitment to punctuality and professionalism shone through as we completed the assembly with precision.
The Final Touch
The gazebo turned out beautifully, providing not just another structure in the yard, but a cozy outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. Our client's happiness and the quality of our work ultimately reflect our dedication to exceeding expectations in all our projects.
Conclusion
At DDK Assembly Company, we understand that every project is unique. Stunning Sunroom Assembly Success!
Stunning Sunroom Assembly Success!
At DDK Assembly Company, we take pride in our ability to transform spaces with thoughtful and precise work. Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a customer, Hieu Nguyen, who contacted us with a specific need: to assemble and mount a 12'x16' Domi wall mounted sunroom.
The Challenge
The initial state of the room was somewhat utilitarian. While our customer envisioned a serene outdoor retreat, they found the task of installing the sunroom daunting. Hieu had already encountered issues related to the assembly instructions, which were unclear, and their concerns about mounting it securely on their wall were valid. This is where our team stepped in.
Our Approach
As soon as we received Hieu's request, our skilled team got to work. With a focus on efficiency and quality, we commenced the assembly process. The project posed several unique challenges:
1. Assembly Instructions: The original instructions from the manufacturer were not designed clearly, leading to some confusion during assembly.
2. Proper Mounting: Ensuring the sunroom was securely and aesthetically mounted on the wall was crucial for both safety and appearance.
3. Balancing Doors: After installation, we identified an issue with the doors not opening and closing smoothly.
Our team, led by Sidney, worked diligently to address these challenges. We utilized strong, high-quality fasteners for the wall mount to ensure stability and safety. Through teamwork and deft manual skills, our two-person crew managed to complete the entire installation in just one day.
The Results
The transformation was remarkable! Hieu's once empty corner was now a beautifully assembled sunroom, perfectly blending functionality and elegance. Additionally, we made necessary modifications to ensure all doors operated smoothly, proving our commitment to excellence didn't stop at installation.
> “Sidney at DDK Assembly Co. is truly a handyman with skill sets for assembly. He fixed something that was not designed correctly from the manufacturer… I highly recommend DDK Assembly Co. for gazebo, sunroom outdoor, and I'm sure you will be satisfied with their works. Way to go DDK by Sidney.” – Hieu Nguyen

Our team was excited to take on this challenge and make Dee’s outdoor space truly come alive.
Before: The Project's Initial State
Before our team arrived, Dee had struggled with unreliable contractors. She expressed her frustrations through her review, noting how previous service providers often failed to show up as agreed. Understanding this challenge, we were determined to establish a new standard of reliability and professionalism.
The Transformation Process
From the moment we arrived on-site, our team focused on efficiency and precision. We communicated effectively, sending an ETA text about 15 minutes before our arrival, ensuring that Dee was informed and prepared for our work.

They were not only professional, meticulous and demonstrated a significant attention to detail, but also friendly and courteous. We were extremely impressed that they not only showed up, which has not always been the case with previous individuals we have contracted for services (if you know, you know!😡) but that they actually arrived at the agreed upon time, after having sent an ETA text around 15 minutes prior to arrival!
