Very happy with his service, Michael thoroughly explained in simply and easy to understand words, the process of installing 4 split units on a 3000 sq ft hall. His experience and professionalism was evident after a few minutes of conversation with him, but, I was much more impressed with the way he made us (the clients) feel comfortable, I really liked the way he presented the whole process to us. He was also very careful and conscious to gradually walking us, step-by-step explaining through the progress or every stage of the installation process.

So a little background: my 83 year old mom has his radiant heater system that she loves. Finding someone who has the knowledge to fix the boiler system has always been a challenge. Most of the companies don't know how to repair the system.

Michael knew exactly what went wrong with the system and he knew the challenges of finding the right parts to get the system running. He kept me up to date on his design proposal and status of the project. Michael fixed the boiler in a few hours and had the heater running again. He even followed up the next day to make sure the heater was functional and if we were happy.

Needed help to see why our HAC cannot heat up one of rooms well. Michael did diagnosis for free and recommended all needed stuff to be done. He is on time and fair person to work with. He did great job and fixed issue. I will approach him again if I needed help regarding my HAC and highly recommend him.

Michael Della-Mora was the third HVAC repair company I called for our church Split AC/Heater System after the first guy overfilled the freon and the second guy wanted to evacuate the system, refill with freon and put in a sealant. Michael said no sealant (will only gum it up) and he diagnosed it, corrected the amount of freon and put in an additive to correct what the first guy did for a fraction of the cost the second guy wanted. Third times (guy's) a charm. I had actually called many repair companies that only work on a certain brand or only on what they installed. So, I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repair!

I highly recommend Della-Mora Heating and Air Conditioning. In my experience working with Mike he is always thorough, reliable, and friendly. Mike installed a wall heater for me many years ago so when I needed an HVAC person to clean my dryer vent I knew who to call. He came by the next day to give an estimate and did a maintenance check on the heater while he was there. He came back a couple days later, repaired the dryer vent and cleaned the lint out of the dryer. I also appreciate that he checked in later that day to make sure the dryer was working fine.

Michael is very professional and knowledgeable about so much more than heating and air conditioners but that is his speciality. He makes suggestions that I never would have thought about. You will be well pleased with his work and professionalism.
