Never hire them! Please learn from my experience!!!!!! Terrible experience!!!! They charged me $625 for using the drain snake, then they told me it was not working, charged me$1500 for using Hydro jet. Then they told me the issue was still there because there is a root inside the pipe, for re-rout the pipe, they said there is another $2800. Eventually, I found someone helped me reroute the pipe with 200 material fee and 350 labor fee.

Great experience. They were easy to schedule with on short notice. Very professional communication. I needed a tankless water heater replacement. They recommended a great water heater with recirculating pump, while other plumbers were suggesting below grade options. It’s ultra high efficiency and I’m excited to see a lower gas bill. The hot water comes out from my tap instantly. I used to have to wait up to 1 min. It’s like night and day! Highly recommend working with Dickson and his company!
