Moses was fantastic & thorough. He determined that my slow toilt flush was not entirely due to the line being clogged but was the toilet itself. We decided to fix the clog today & I was able to order a new toilet which will be available sometime next week which he gave me a quote to pick up the toilet and install it for a reasonable price.

I was well pleased with his work & attitude.

After doing the update below to my original review as a term of the agreement, Drain Right ghosted my mother and didn't follow through with their end of the agreement, stating that the review was STILL disparaging. At this point, i feel like they do not want mt to share my experience at all, but I CANNOT LIE. I AM AN HONEST REVIEWER.
EFRAIN refuses to answer any calls or messages.
These are the facts after spending over 15k with them. I will continue to make honest reviews and shed light on any dishonest or unscrupulous activities especially to our elders.
I will have to move forward with small claims becaue businesses refuse to do the right thing. If anything else happens it will be documented here. Below is the edited version that was not good enough for them to do right by my 75 year old mother.

Updated Review for Drain Right Services, Inc. (Agreement Term)

In 2024, Drain Right completed a major plumbing job at my elderly mother’s residence in Gardena, CA. The initial estimate was around $1,500, but the final total came out to over $12,000. The project involved moving the main drain line and resulted in a sewage access point being relocated near her front entryway. We were told it could be pushed back farther for an additional charge.

Shortly after the work was completed, a leak developed in a nearby hot water line under the home, which led to interior water leaking and the water being shut off for over 24 hours. Drain Right was contacted first due to past history, and while a technician came out, there was a delay in follow-up and photos promised were not delivered. The estimate was not provided until much later, and no repairs were done at that time.

Due to the urgency of restoring water, we proceeded with another licensed contractor who identified a cut in the pipe, believed to be caused by a tool used during the earlier job. This information, along with photo evidence and documentation, was shared with Drain Right's management. After a lengthy discussion and escalation, a partial settlement was reached.

While the matter has been resolved, it was a difficult process and one that led us to seek service elsewhere in the future. They lost a great customer here. We hope this experience helps the company improve communication, follow-up, and accountability for all clients, especially elderly homeowners.

My service with Drain Right was great! Extremely fast, easy and smooth process. Henry Santiago came promptly within the allotted scheduled time and helped me with my quick fixes. He even had to run to the store for a part to fix some rust damage, which he did efficiently. He was kind in being sure I knew exactly what the problem was and how he was going to find the solution. Would recommend.

Marcos, the plumber did an excellent job. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and clean two drains in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and his company Drain Right.
