Dreamprint Home Remodeling and its owner, Mendy Hahn, just completed an extensive series of remodeling projects for us, and we are extremely happy with the results. He was very professional and his communication was prompt and informative. His work crew, led by foreman Daniel, was also very professional and was willing to work evenings and weekends to get the jobs done quickly while keeping the worksite clean and interfering with our lives as little as possible.When we contacted Dreamprint, we were planning a major master bath remodel with some minor work on a second bathroom. Mendy had numerous helpful suggestions for both projects, including the addition of a built-in shelf unit in the master bath that we love. The master bath work included demolition of an old shower stall, spa tub, countertop, sinks, and flooring while retaining the existing built-in vanity. It also required removing a large window over the spa and reframing and replacing it with a smaller window. This window rework was a major stumbling block for other contractors wed spoken with since it required both interior and exterior work, but Mendy handled it with no problem. The replacements include a large tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench and associated plumbing, new tile floor, new countertop and sink, new light fixtures, and the aforementioned shelf unit. As the project progressed Mendy kept us carefully aware of what materials (tile, plumbing fixtures, etc) would be needed and when, so we could have these selected and purchased in time.The secondary bath project started out as simply a countertop and floor replacement, but after seeing the work Dreamprint did in the master bath we opted to expand this to include a complete tub/shower replacement.Likewise we had several other projects wed been thinking of doing, and opted to contract with Dreamprint after seeing the quality of the initial work. These included complete repainting of the house (both interior and exterior); replacing the hot water heater with a tankless water heater; retiling the entire kitchen and entryway floors; and replacing the water supply line into the house. All these projects were completed quickly and with high quality. The only significant issue we had was with a backflow regulator on the water supply line that leaked after installation, but Mendy promptly had his crew rework it until the problem was resolved, with no additional charge.Upon completing the projects Mendy walked through all the work looking for minor issues and blemishes for his crew to correct (often spotting things I would never have noticed until he pointed them out). I also had a short list of items I found in the weeks after the work was done. Mendy cheerfully made sure all these issues were corrected before requesting final payment.In summary, I highly recommend Dreamprint Home Remodeling to anyone, and will happily use them again myself for future home projects.
