Henry and his team created an amazing backyard living space for us to enjoy for years to come. Henry"s vision and attention to detail are what set his company apart from others. They started the project on time and were there everyday til it was done. as we live in a subdivision, they went the extra mile to keep their work area clean and organized so that our neighbors would be happy. Very thoughtful. their project for us consisted of a Pergola, large outdoor u-shaped kitchen, firepit, and lots of beautiful pavers. My wife and I couldn"t be happier

Henry and his staff were very professional during the course of the entire project. He helped with coordination with other contractors, developed and kept to the schedule and minimized the mess and clutter during the process. The end results of the decking just as we had hoped. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! What a transformation! Couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Dreamscapes has given us our dream backyard. Long story short, we had contracted someone else to build our backyard and it was a total disaster. After several years of litigation we have now won our court case and the appeal...something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone! Obviously I trusted no one, especially contractors, anymore. I contacted Henry at dreamscapes and told him about my issues from my previous contractor and let him fully understand about how jaded I was from the debacle that had taken place. This wasn’t his first rodeo either dealing with a mess someone else had made and having to come behind and clean up the mess. I did more research after talking with him and we decided to go with dreamscapes. It was a good decision! I found a contractor who actually does what he says and does it when he says he’ll do it. Unlike most contractors who have multiple jobs going on at one time he focuses on one project at a time and doesn’t leave until it’s completed. Of course this might mean you may have to get in line but it’s worth the wait. I’d much rather have someone fully engaged and focused on the task at hand than someone who is distracted with other projects going on. The quality of workmanship and the final product he delivered was great. He also stayed true to his estimate/quote he laid out in his contract with us. If you’ve ever worked with a general contractor you know how big of a deal that is. Henry also keeps you well informed about what and when something is happening and he’s easy to get in touch with. Most contractors I’ve dealt with you have to contact them a few times before they’ll get back in touch with you...not so with Henry. I have been elated with the product and service dreamscapes has provided me and would recommend no else.

We just completed a project with Dreamscapes and could not be more pleased. We wanted to spruce up our pool deck (was just concrete slab) by adding pavers and add a kitchen area with a roof. Henry and his crew were great to work with. They are more experienced and knowledgeable than any other company we spoke to. Henry takes a personal approach in seeing that all tasks are handled - when they're supposed to be and how they're supposed to be. We did our project over the winter and the frequent rain caused more delays than either of us wanted; but that is not Dreamscapes fault. Their crew worked is whenever they could and in some very bad (muddy) conditions. From the get-go Henry had said "we don't get the project started then start three others..." And, he was true to his word. He kept his crew on our project the entire time.

Henry knows his stuff. We had some ideas of the design but he really added some spark to it. (We added a sitting wall and had added some LED lights on nearby steps. Henry said we should add lights for the sitting wall too but I didn't think it was needed. He added them at no additional cost and said "I just know it will look better". He was right!)

It is an understatement to say I'd recommend Dreamscapes. I'd demand them! :)

Wanted to share a quick follow up to our wonderful experience with Dreamscapes... Henry yet again was wonderful to work with. We need some preventative maintenance on our hardscape and the Dreamscapes team was right on top of it and over exceeded expectations yet again! Thank you Henry!

Wow. These guys do what they say- DreamScapes CHATTANOOGA finished the expensive repair of another stone companies $50,000 mistakes at my home. The owner, Henry Hayes, personally went over details of the work, the scope, the price, the timeline, the reasons why the previous stone wall holding up fireplaces and expensive outdoor equipment and a pool was falling and just helped educated my wife and I about the projects importance. We got comfortable quick with Henry’s no nonsense straight talk- he just sounded better than the rest of the quotes I sought. Would you believe he said it would take only 8-10 days while everyone else said 4 weeks and guess what? DreamScapes followed through on their promise! The work was not just completed in 8 days but Henry wouldn’t accept the final check until after it rained to show the drainage improvement as well! It’s no wonder why DreamScapes is the best stone company in Chattanooga! I don’t own the company and never met them prior to this business dealing but I feel so blessed to have met these awesome professionals in construction w business principles and ethics. I figured this long review was a strong way of saying thank you and showing Chattanooga where I will have all my landscaping and stone work projects completed. Chattanooga companies like DreamScapes doing quality work gives me a lot of pride in my hometown!
