sThe communication and follow up while finalizing the contract was horrific. The contract went from full payment at the end of the project from a revised contract received that the payment clause was changed without not highlight that the term had changed to us. The total of the project was $12, 560 and Early Painting was requesting a $5,000 down. This falls outside of "any" industry to pay for half of the cost UP FRONT. I happen to know closely the inspectors, licensing for the City and had a conversation. Here is what was said: " No, you NEVER pay before the job is completed and final inspection". A $1000 down is the max but not required. You will be promised great service in the beginning , but it quickly falls to not acceptable standards. The service is very poor, zero communication. You move from "I will have it to you tonight" to the following day zero is received and the following day is the same. Emails and texts tell the reason for the one start and we are being generous. My review was answered by Early and the misrepresentation needs to be rectify. It was not ONE call that was missed but numerous calls and emails. All documented. NOTICE: Early does not address changing a contract and asking for half of the cost up front. This was revised without our knowledge. As I said before, I was informed by my City that is NOT standard business protocol. Asking for $5000 up front for a job to paint 1200 SQ FT home for $12,500. If you look down below this company was at another job (she added a review and I had an exchange with this person) Early was at her house promising to be at my home at the same time. Worst company in the category and I willing to hide the truth on their respond to this review.

Earley Painting did a great job on the exterior painting of my Victorian House. The bid was much lower than the others I received and it fit my budget range. There were 2 extra jobs that came up during the course of the project that were not expensive, which was a relief!
I was very happy with the quality of their work. I hired them to paint the interior as well and they were very responsive and easy to work with. There were a few details that were missed but I was able to follow up with Ryann to get them resolved. It's great to see the house looking so much better, thanks to Earley Painting. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ryann and his whole family crew were incredible to work with. He came out to view my house and wrote me up an estimate the very same day. He was quick to accommodate the several changes and requests I made with no issue. The crew came on time each day and kept me updated as the project went on, making sure I was happy. Ryann's dad was so sweet to my toddler who followed him around chatting and watching his every move as he worked inside our house lol. The price was right, and Ryann even agreed to come back 2 weeks after the job to do some additional detail work that I hadn't originally asked for, and only charged me for the paint, not the labor! Without a doubt I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable crew that has exquisite work ethic and attention to detail. Thank you, Earley Painting!

I am glad i chose Earley Painting. My plumbing over my kitchen sprung a leak. The ceiling crashed in all soggy. They gave me the best estimate and came out quickly. We didn't know it was plumbing but maybe a roof leak. So I had called a roofer first. So by the time Ryann came to estimate my ceiling issues we had no idea what lay ahead and lots of water in the insulation and ceiling wallboard. He tore out the soggy stuff and discovered my plumbing leak. I called a plumber that could come out the same day and fix the plumbing. Then The next work day they started to totally tear out and replace and repair and paint in 3 days working 4 hours a day or more. Had to let things dry. They were reliable and easy to work with. I would hire them again

Ryann and his men did dry rot repair and replaced damaged woods all around the house and finished up with exterior painting, refinished our front door and replaced side door. Workmaship is excellent, very professional in dealing with the customer. Completed the job at estimated time. It's worth the price you pay for. I would definitely hire him again in the future when needed.
