Infinite heating installed a new Heat pump, full installation including new radiators, tanks etc etc. A remarkable achievement and well worth the time and upheaval it caused, although every care was taken not to disrupt our home working life too much. The organisation was immense, the plumbing and electric conversion was huge and the finishing outstanding, even to new covers and paint jobs where needed. Everything of the highest quality, and exactly as explained at the beginning. there was nothing which could be faulted. We are amazed at the difference it makes to the overall and consistent heating quality, and the ambient warmth over winter is hugely improved. The care, attention to detail and personable, friendly and careful workers were amazing. Thank you Josh and the team!
Also, Our new shower room is absolutely wonderful. From beginning to end Josh made sure the choosing, fitting, plumbing and furnishings were of the best quality, and there is nothing that could be improved. The plumber and carpenter were kind, helpful and efficient. Everything went to plan, and there were no issues, even a few months after the event. Thank you Josh and the team!

This is the second time I have used Infinite to resolve two different HVAC problems. This particular situation was a 40 year old boiler/baseboard hot water heating system that had three zones. Each zone had a thermostat and zone valve that allowed hot water to flow thru the baseboard units in that part of the house. Only one zone valve worked properly so one part of the house was really temperature controllable and the other parts of the house were usually uncomfortably cold. The zone valves were located up in the floor joists 10 feet above the basement floor where it was nearly impossible to check, maintain or replace them. I had Rob replace the zone valves and relocate them down near the boiler at eye level. The wiring to the zone valves was a jumbled mess like a plate of spaghetti. The wiring was redone and identified which thermostat controlled which zone valve. The outside temperature was 18 degrees with a feel temperature of minus 1. Within an hour of Rob and TJ finishing the job, the temperatures around the house were exactly the way I wanted them to be. The area they worked in was left spotless, like nobody had even been there. Great job guys.

Fabio was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. The Infinite Comfort office was also a big help keeping me up to date with text messages and calls.
I would highly recommend their services.

Let me begin by saying that I used 2 different service companies, the first of which was the original installer of my heat pump/Arzel system. So it made sense to call them in. The problem that I was experiencing was an intermittent stalling of my oil heat system. After a $150 charge for a service call their only comment was that I needed to clean the system which had performed only a few months before. So I engaged another serviceman that had performed my heating service for the past 2 years. Well he starts replacing different parts and it was becoming expensive. Along with that I engaged him to replace my 2 Ecobee thermostats believing that might be the cause. Well that was mistake. After Ecobee's remote check they informed that the system was improperly wired.
That's when I decided that I have had enough and I researched contractors that had experience with wi fi thermostats and Arzel systems and I came across TJ's company Infinite. We spoke briefly about my problem and he knew immediately how to correct both issues. He and his partner arrived promptly in a couple of days and resolved both the thermostats wiring issue as well as the stalling issue with the furnace which was an igniter...how obvious.
The other 2 companies were totally clueless and it cost me a lot of money for their guessing. I would like to mention their names but I did review about a year ago on the first company and I'll leave it at that.
My recommendation going forward is to be sure that who you engage knows what they're doing and be careful because there are contractors that will lie and tell you can fix something but all their doing is guessing. Be careful about who you select to service your system.

Very professional & friendly. Victor & his partner were exactly what you want; clear, friendly, patient and upfront about everything. They fixed our furnace and gave good advice without ever trying to oversell us anything. We really appreciated they were masked 100% of the time (not the case with another company we used once.) We'll definitely use them in the future!
