He did a great job changing out my exterior lights with new ones! Very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with the results. Would definitely call him again.

Terrence did an excellent job with some very involved and tedious home electrical work at an incredibly reasonable price. His knowledge is exceptional and his work ethic and skills are nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

Terrence did a really great job for us. He was on time and tackled our laundry list of needs including restoring power to our second floor, installing a flood light on our back patio, properly terminating wires in our garage, installing new outdoor outlets, helping us identify “mystery” switches around the house, and running wire through the wall for a tv in the master bedroom. He did everything in one visit!! He left the house neat and clean and rates were great. I would highly recommend him and would call him again for any other electrical needs.

T's Electric did an amazing job installing our light fixtures/ chandelier. Our chandelier was 20 feet high. He used a special ladder and installed the chandelier seamlessly. He was very responsive in the planning process and punctual. His quality of work was impeccable. He cleaned up all packaging and debris that came from the boxes.

Im not the type to post reviews and it took me some time to get my thoughts together to post this but what started off as just a basic ceiling fan outlet install turned into a big disappointment. I purchased a brand new home (built from the ground up and my house is only 7 months old) and didn’t get my ceiling fan outlets installed like i originally requested while my house was being built. This is what brought me to this site to seek a contractor to install a ceiling fan outlet in my room. Terrance arrived promptly on time at 8am. My attic is over my room so I already knew that Terrance will need to access my attic to install the outlet. I sat in my kitchen so I would be out of his way while he was working. Terrance came down to let me know that he needed to run to the store to get some more supplies and i was ok with that. While he was gone, I went to my office (bedroom across from my room) and noticed that he had layers/chunk of plaster on my ceiling over from where he cut the whole for the ceiling fan. This immediately seem odd but thought it was just apart of installing the outlet. Around 11am, He informed me that it will be a while before the plaster dry and that he can be back by 2pm to sand it down. I was ok with that. Around 2pm, Terrance messaged me to tell me that he was running 20 min late. He arrived around 230 to finish the job. About 20 minutes later after arriving to finish the job, Terrance informed me that the plaster was still too wet for him to sand down and that he can come back the next day. This was a bit frustrating because what was supposed to be a one day job was about to turn into a two day job. One of my male friends who was here at the time informed Terrance that he will sand down the plaster so that he wont have to come back and finish the next day. I was originally quoted $175 for the outlet to be installed but Terrance dropped my price down to $100, which caught me off guard (Im thinking you dropped the price because of what happened to my ceiling but still didnt let me know)....I paid him and also added a extra tip for his services. After sanding down the plaster on my ceiling the next day, I saw exactly where my ceiling was busted open as if he almost fell through my ceiling. What frustrates me is the fact that he never even had the courtesy to let me know what had happened but instead he threw a bunch of plaster on my ceiling. Now I have to spend more money to get my ceiling fixed. Im a very understanding person and all you had to do was communicate with me about what happened to my ceiling. Had I known this would be the outcome of getting my outlet installed, along with ruining my ceiling in my brand new home, I would have avoided this service from the jump.

I was very satisfied with the results of the recess lights I had installed. I needed to leave before he was done and he cleaned up well behind himself. I will hire him for future electrical projects !!
