Transforming Outdoor Spaces with Turf
At Eternal Turf & Pavers, we take immense pride in turning our clients' visions into reality. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Suzanna Synenki on her newly built home in San Diego, where our task was to overhaul her backyard with high-quality artificial turf and stunning paver installations.
The Challenge
Suzanna initially reached out to us seeking a transformation for her backyard. With a new home, she wanted an outdoor space that was both beautiful and functional. The challenges were twofold—she needed a design that would retain its appeal over time and fit within the requirements of her Homeowners Association (HOA). This is where our expertise and experience came into play.
Our Process
Under the leadership of Alon Dvir, our dedicated team embarked on this exciting project. We began by creating a detailed design plan tailored for Suzanna's preferences, ensuring that it met all HOA guidelines. In fact, we went the extra mile by filling out the necessary forms and providing the documents in electronic format, allowing Suzanna to effortlessly submit them for approval.
Once we received the green light from the HOA, our team wasted no time. We pride ourselves on efficiency without compromising quality, and the installation was completed in record time. Each day, Alon was present, overseeing the progress and maintaining open lines of communication. This constant engagement assured Suzanna that everything was progressing as planned.
The Result
The finished product was nothing short of stunning. We installed premium artificial turf that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of her backyard but is also low-maintenance, offering a lush, green space for relaxation and enjoyment year-round. Our innovative layout for the pavers added a pleasing pattern, turning the area into a welcoming outdoor retreat.

Understanding the Client's Needs
When Suzanna S. first contacted us, she was eager to enhance the outdoor area of her newly built home. She wanted a backyard that not only looked beautiful but also provided a serene place for relaxation and gatherings. With her vision in mind, we organized a consultation to discuss design possibilities, materials, and timelines.
The Transformation Process
Before we even began installation, our team ensured that all necessary checks and approvals were in place. This included creating a detailed plan for HOA approval — a task we expertly handled by preparing all required documentation. Our focus was to make the entire process seamless for Suzanna; she only needed to email the submitted files for approval.
Once we received the green light, our dedicated team swung into action. Under the leadership of Alon Dvir, we deployed a skilled crew to expertly install the artificial turf and paver features. The following key steps highlight the work we performed:
1. Initial Excavation: We cleared the area, making way for the beautiful new turf and elegant pavers.
2. Base Preparation: Proper preparation of the base was vital to ensure durability. We laid down quality materials, ensuring excellent water drainage.
3. Paver Installation: Our team worked meticulously to create a stunning pattern with the pavers, which not only added aesthetic appeal but also complemented the overall design of the backyard.
4. Turf Installation: We installed premium artificial turf that promised low maintenance while enhancing the beauty and functionality of the space.
Throughout the project, Alon ensured that communication remained a priority. He was always readily available to address any concerns and provided updates on progress. This attention to detail significantly contributed to a smooth and efficient process.

Transforming Yards with Turf & Pavers
At Eternal Turf & Pavers, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of homes. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful couple, who had just moved into a new home in San Diego with nothing but dirt in their front and back yards. They reached out to our team for a complete landscaping overhaul, seeking to transform their blank canvas into the backyard of their dreams.
Understanding the Challenge
When we first met with Sam F. and his partner, it was clear that they wanted more than just a simple lawn replacement. They envisioned a fully integrated landscape that included a paver driveway, beautiful planting, and efficient irrigation – all while prioritizing a stunning design. However, with the vast area needing landscaping, they were unsure where to start.
The Transformation Begins
In our initial consultation, we worked closely with Sam to understand their vision. To help visualize the project, we created a detailed 3D design of the entire property. This step was crucial as it allowed us and the clients to explore various options and make adjustments until it was perfect for their needs.
Our proposal was fair, but what sets us apart is our commitment to going beyond expectations. Throughout the project, we focused on every detail, ensuring that the installation of pavers and artificial turf was coupled with thoughtful landscaping that would make their home truly stand out.
A Seamless Process
One of the most rewarding parts of this project was managing all aspects of the transformation. From the gorgeous paver installation to the eco-friendly artificial turf, planting vibrant flowers, and even the complex installation of landscape lighting and irrigation systems, our team handled everything. This "one-stop shop" approach saved Sam from the hassle of coordinating multiple contractors.
> “Alon is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and passionate people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. His crew is a direct reflection of his professionalism--they were fast, efficient, and so friendly.” - Sam F.
Our dedication to being on-site frequently and maintaining constant communication ensured that our clients never felt neglected or anxious about their project. Our priority was their satisfaction, and we were flexible with any adjustments along the way so that their landscaping experience felt more like a partnership than a mere transaction.
The Stunning Results
At the end of our meticulous work, the transformation was nothing short of extraordinary. Sam’s yard has become a beautiful showcase, boasting vibrant landscaping that gets compliments from neighbors and passersby alike. Not only does it resemble a stunning outdoor retreat, but it also adds considerable value to their home.
As Sam mentioned, Alon poured his heart into the project, establishing a personal connection that extended beyond the completion of work.
