We got a better basement than we asked for on a budget that never changed. They were fast, clean, prompt, and friendly.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail which included listening to everyone in the family. It allowed them to anticipate our needs and made the whole job go smoothly.

I became a first time home owner early this year after purchasing a 1980s fixer upper condo that had never seen an upgrade (other than the HVAC system, thankfully). But I love the location and layout, and decided to invest in the property so that it met my standards and added value long term. I researched, met with, and reviewed quotes from many local (DMV) contracting companies. Rafi worked with me to understand what designs I wanted, quality I needed, and budget I was working with. Kitchen & Bath Direct wasn't the cheapest option I had, but they were able to start on my projects right away and I they provided me the most value for the investment. Progress on my 2 bathrooms was so good that I also gave them my kitchen remodel! All in all, my major 3 spaces were literally transformed. My all-star crew of Juan, Carlos, and the best tiling duo of Danny & his lovely wife, did a great job!! I was living in my space during construction and, towards the end, working from home. I was happy with the way the crew treated my space. Construction dust can't be avoided and the noise comes with the activity - so I can't really complain. Besides the great work from the crew I had, I'd also recommend Rafi and team because of their excellent customer service. I heard of and read horror stories about contractors being given multiple projects and falling short or skipping out in the end. This was NOT my case with Kitchen & Bath Direct. Rafi stayed on top of all my projects, responded promptly and politely to all my concerns, monitored billing, and would even come by personally if requested. I'd happily buy another fixer property knowing I have Rafi and the Kitchen & Bath Direct team as a contact. I'm even trying to find more spaces to improve right now :).
Activities were paused recently with COVID-19 impacts to my condo's permissions (e.g. entry only for emergencies), so I'm currently waiting for final touch ups on the work details. I'll still add some pictures of the major work completed and update this review again soon. Thank you!

We just had our tub-shower converted into a walk-in shower. They did a wonderful job, exceeded our expectations. The new walk-in shower is just beautiful. Rafael and Erick are great people to work with. Highly recommend this company!

We just had our old shower-tub converted into walk-in shower by Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. The price is reasonable and the final product is gorgeous, which exceeded our initial expectation! Rafael is very professional and always responded to our needs quickly. The project supervisor, Erick, is just wonderful, very attractive to our preferences, even met us at shop to re-pick the tiles. The project finished on time and the final results are just beautiful. We highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! we have used them twice for bathroom remodels and not only did they have the best prices but the quality of work can't be beat. Rafi is so on top of the projects and answers every question and concern with awesome customer service! Best tile work too! it is is beautiful!
