FKBD demonstrated outstanding professionalism, communication, and transparency during the home remodeling process. The kitchen crew and floor crew were great — meticulous, clean, and respectful. Everything came out beautifully.

Floors Kitchen and Bath Direct was good throughout our home renovation. They had previously done our kitchen. So, I called on them again for a bathroom. I felt confident from start to finish and would recommend them for any bathroom remodel.

Had renovations on our half bath. The bathroom turned out great, but had to make a few corrections that we didn’t intend prior to completion. Overall pleased with the vision I had for our bathroom. Employees were pleasant and cleaned up every day after work. If any issues, they were fixed in a timely manner.

5 stars – I was extremely impressed with Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Their craftsmen were all exceptional (and I am usually a little hard to please). Everyone communicated clearly at every step, and they were always friendly and professional. They showed up on time, completed the work on schedule and took special care to clean-up everyday. It took me months to make all the final decisions. The good advice, patience and understanding throughout the whole process is what I appreciated the most. I absolutely love my small primary bath renovation. Even better that I hoped! I will definitely choose them again and I would definitely recommend them for any home renovation or kitchen remodeling project.

Great communication which has been a problem for us in the past with other contractors. The workers were extremely respectful and kind. Everything went extremely smoothly and would easily use them them for future projects.

We had a great experience with Floors Kitchen and Bath Direct. From the first call to the final walk‑through they were extremely responsive, reliable and always communicated clearly about the schedule. The crew arrived on time every day, paid close attention to detail, and kept the work area tidy. Their professionalism made our kitchen remodeling project smooth and stress‑free, especially since we were in the middle of moving to VA from out of state.

Rafi oversaw the entire job and was extremely responsive and receptive, especially with our change orders. Chris (plumber) worked tirelessly in our basement ensuring the plumbing for the gas line was installed to code and ultimately passed county inspection. While waiting for the gas to be installed, Rafi loaned us an electric stove to use.

Carlos and the other gentleman did excellent work installing insulation in the attic and installing new gutter guards. They were able to complete both projects within 4 hours. I was very please with their performance.
