As a local realtor, I always look for great recommendations from clients on their experience with local contractors. I had heard nothing but great reviews from my clients that used Floors, Kitchen & Bath Direct... so when it came time to update the bathrooms in my own home, I gave them a call. I was impressed with the easy design process, their organization and the quality of work. In just 2 weeks they completely remodeled 2 bathrooms along with some other smaller items that needed attention. They were done from start to finish quicker than expected and I was also impressed with their reasonable pricing. Very thankful we found them, they came highly recommend and I agree! Excellent Job and very happy with the results!

I recently purchased a new home that I wanted to use as a rental, but knew I needed to remodel the bathrooms and spruce up the place before I could put it on the market. A quick turn-a-round without any issues, quality work, and at a reasonable price was my priority. GOOD LUCK, right???
I had a friend that had used Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct (FKBD) recently to gut and remodel their kitchen and just raved out them. As I had seen the finished work, I was impressed, so I took the risk and hired them... AND I AM SO GLAD I DID !!!!
Unlike most contractors, FKBD was extremely organized and paid attention to ALL the details. Susan and Rafi were a pleasure to work with and made the project feel seamless from start to finish..... and the results speak for themselves. They completed two full bathroom remodels, top to bottom, and a kitchen backsplash in record time. I had my place completed and on the market a week sooner than I expected. Like any large job, there were a few hiccups, but Rafi was so on top of it, they were being fixed and corrected before I could even call to tell them about it.
My friend was right, these guys are PROS! Needless to say, I will use them agai...n and I highly recommend Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct (FKBD) to anyone looking for a great experience remodeling a kitchen and bathrooms.

Terrible company. Started project in February 2024 and still have not completed 8 months later. Ordered wrong cabinets then gave me the runaround to order the correct ones. They overbook then don’t have time to complete a phase of the project in a timely fashion. Please do not use them…not reliable at all. I am now ordering my own parts and will hire a new contractor because I cannot wait any longer for my project to be completed. I made every payment that they demanded for on time which I think was foolish. Lessons learned!

We recently hired Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct to update three bathrooms and a kitchen. And we couldn't be more pleased. We are happy with the results, the people who did the work, the way the project unfolded and our dealings with Rafi and Susan. We didn't have much experience with major home renovations and very much appreciated their guidance as we made the myriad decisions that go into a renovation of any size. They were patient, provided many thoughtful options, and really worked to make sure that details both large and small were executed, and within budget. Throughout the process things were uncovered that needed adjustment and they listened to our concerns and rectified each issue to our satisfaction. If you're looking for quality home renovation work that you'll be happy with that doesn't break the bank, my wife and I would highly recommend FKBD!

Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct were fantastic to work with on a recent drywall replacement project that we had to do. Our finished basement had terrible old 70s paneling and we were very grateful for the FKBD teams quick response to help us when we discovered some damp underneath. They were very punctual, responsive, tidy, and cleaned everything up perfectly. They were very good at asking questions and keeping us updated. Highly recommend them for the next project!

I recently had my front entryway and kitchen floors replaced by Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct and could not be happier. This is the second project they have completed for me, first it was my en suite bathroom and now these floors.
