The work your specialist did to rebuild my hose bib and to fix the leak in the water main was, without any exaggeration, a work of art! He was careful, he quietly assessed what needed to be done, explained it all to me and got to work. He definitely knew what was required and he delivered flawlessly. You’re on my short list of quality contractors whom i would use again, and readily recommend without hesitation.

They came quickly and fixed the problem right away. So thankful as the leak was pretty bad. Keeping their number in my contacts. Tom was super nice and very professional.

We used Flush King to follow up on some waste line conditions noted in a buyer’s inspection report. We hadn’t had any problems, but the buyers wanted an inspection to determine the severity of some low spots in their inspectors report. We needed this resolved quickly so our sale could move to closing. Tom came out the same day we called and videoed the subject line and noted the areas of concern, which he indicated were minimal low spots that didn’t require any remediation. Our buyers were satisfied with Tom’s post-cleaning video and our closing went ahead as planned.

Tom from Flush King was amazing. Very courteous and thorough. We ended up replacing an entire supply line to our home and he did it within 24 hours. What a great company to do business with! Highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this company. When our pipes started giving us trouble during that freezing cold snap in AZ, they managed to fit us in despite what must have been a crazy busy day. Tom, who came out to assess the situation, was absolutely incredible. He found our manifolds with surgical precision, saving our walls from unnecessary holes and damage.

Unfortunately, we ended up having two slab leaks (every homeowner's nightmare). As a younger homeowner, I was pretty freaked out, but Tom was so reassuring and professional about the whole thing. He and his crew showed up the next day right on schedule for a complete repipe, and these guys didn't leave until the job was done - well after my kids had gone to bed.

What really stood out was Tom's character. He was respectiful of our home, great with our pets, and just an all-around genuine person. In an industry where that's not always the case, it was refreshing to work with someone so trustworthy. The final bill actually came in under the initial quote, and the quality of work was exceptional.

I'm keeping their number saved because while I hope I never need a plumber again, I know who I'm calling if I do. If you're looking for a plumber who combines skill, integrity, and reliability, you've found them. Five stars, no question.
