Complete HVAC System Transformation
Complete HVAC System Transformation
At Formula Air, we understand the importance of a reliable and effective HVAC system, especially during the sweltering summer months in Charlotte. When Ruth Winterowd reached out to us, she was facing significant issues with her air conditioning system that simply wasn’t cooling. After a previous company failed to resolve the issue, she turned to us for help, trusting our expertise in HVAC services.
The Challenges Faced
Initially, Ruth's AC was not providing the relief she needed. A different technician from another company had only added coolant to the system, but the problem persisted. Within days, her AC was no longer cooling at all. This frustrating experience led her to contact Formula Air in hopes of a comprehensive solution.
Upon our team's arrival, we discovered that ice had formed on the piping, a clear indication of trouble. We promptly shut off the system to allow the ice to melt. Our technician took the time to thoroughly examine the entire HVAC system, revealing two leaks and significant rust on the attic equipment. After this detailed assessment, it became clear that a complete system replacement was necessary.
Our Response and the Transformation Process
With Ruth's approval, we coordinated with her home warranty company to confirm our findings and complete the necessary paperwork. Once the new system components were ordered, we scheduled a time for the installation. On the designated day, our dedicated team arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the day to remove the outdated equipment and install the new system.
During our final checks, our technicians found a manufacturing defect in one of the parts. However, our commitment to quality meant we couldn’t leave anything to chance. We secured the replacement part and arranged for another visit the very next day. Our technician returned, professionally removed the faulty component, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before explaining the new thermostat’s features to Ruth.
The Results and Customer Satisfaction
The transformation of Ruth’s HVAC system was not just technical; it was a testament to our dedication to customer satisfaction. She expressed her gratitude for our team’s diligence and professionalism throughout the process.
> “The techs from Formula Air were all very polite and understanding of our plight. They were diligent in their work, made sure everything was functioning, and even cleaned the areas of work before leaving. The work, the workers, and the company office folks deserve high praise for their efforts throughout the entire process. They are a very great company worthy of more than 5 stars.” – Ruth Winterowd
Our goal at Formula Air is to ensure every client is safe, comfortable, and happy in their homes. The successful installation of a new HVAC system for Ruth not only resolved her cooling issues but also restored her peace of mind.
