Transforming Spaces with Care
At Freymann Construction, we take pride in transforming our clients' spaces with quality renovations that reflect their vision and enhance their homes. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Jonatan Udi, who sought our help to elevate his home's interior through thoughtful renovations.
The Challenge: A Home in Need of Renewal
Jonatan approached our team because he wanted to revitalize his space but was understandably cautious due to previous experiences with contractors. He desired a renovation that went beyond basic remodeling; he wanted a transformation that respected the integrity of his home.
Our initial meeting revealed his concerns about communication and the common pitfalls of renovation projects—unexpected hurdles hidden within the walls of older homes and the fear of budget overruns. Jonatan was looking for a contractor who could alleviate these concerns while providing a seamless remodeling experience.
The Transformation Process
Our team jumped into action, offering a tailored plan to address Jonatan's specific needs. Throughout the process, we emphasized open communication, which has always been a core value of Freymann Construction. 2. Quality Craftsmanship: Our skilled contractors carefully implemented each detail, from crafting bespoke cabinetry that fit seamlessly into the design to achieving perfect tile alignment that showcased stunning aesthetics.
3. Smart Solutions: When we encountered unexpected challenges, such as finding outdated plumbing and wiring during the renovation, our team didn’t shy away. Instead, we addressed these issues promptly, providing innovative solutions to maintain the project's timeline and budget.
4. Respectful Team Culture: We understand how disruptive renovations can be. Our crew went above and beyond to treat Jonatan’s home with respect, fostering an environment of trust and reliability throughout the project.

Transforming Backyards with Elegance
Transforming Backyards with Elegance
At Freymann Construction, we believe that every home has the potential to become a personal oasis. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Brando Locasto, who came to us with years of dreaming about adding a pool to his backyard. After much anticipation, Brando decided it was time to turn that dream into reality, and we were thrilled to be part of his journey.
The Challenge: Transforming a Dream into Reality
Before our team stepped in, Brando’s backyard was a blank slate, limited only by his vision and the available space. He wanted a pool that complemented his outdoor aesthetic and became the perfect centerpiece for family gatherings and relaxing evenings. However, the main challenges were design and execution. Our team needed to ensure the new pool fit seamlessly while considering the layout, aesthetics, and functionality.
The Transformation Process
From the initial consultation, we focused on understanding Brando’s desires and preferences. Our design team worked closely with him to choose a layout that matched both the size of his yard and his style. Together, we decided on a modern rectangular pool featuring a built-in spa, LED lighting, and a luxurious natural stone deck.
Construction commenced with meticulous planning and execution. Here’s how we made it happen:
- Clear Communication: We made sure to keep Brando updated throughout the project, making adjustments based on his feedback.
- Skilled Execution: Our team maintained a high standard of craftsmanship, paying attention to every detail, from the quality of materials used to the thoroughness of the installation.
- Timely Completion: We completed the entire project in about 8 weeks, sticking to our timeline and ensuring the site was kept tidy.
The Results: A Backyard Oasis
The result was a stunning transformation. Brando now enjoys a beautiful pool that not only meets his expectations but exceeds them. The water features and landscaping created an impressive atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. With features like a saltwater system, maintenance has never been easier, solidifying the pool's role as the centerpiece of their home.
Brando shared his thoughts beautifully in his review:
> "After years of dreaming about having a pool in our backyard, we finally decided to move forward with the project—and it was absolutely worth it... It's become the centerpiece of our home—perfect for both relaxing evenings and entertaining guests."

Transforming a Storm-Damaged Sunroom
Transforming a Storm-Damaged Sunroom
At Freymann Construction, we thrive on tackling challenges and transforming homes into spaces our clients love. Recently, we had the opportunity to help Jayme Adelson Goldstein, who faced significant damage in her sunroom following a hailstorm.
The Challenge
After the storm left not only structural damage but also mold in Jayme’s sunroom, she was understandably concerned about her home. Jayme reached out to us after struggling to get responses from other contractors. She needed a reliable team to assess the damage and handle the necessary mold remediation.
According to Jayme, “We were extremely happy with the quality of Maingreen’s work. After March’s hailstorm left us with mold and damage to our sunroom, Maingreen was the only company who not only gave us an estimate and a realistic appraisal of what mold remediation entails—but actually came back to do the work. We had 3 other companies ghost us!”
This was a stark reminder of how crucial communication and follow-through are in our profession. Our team was ready to step in where others had fallen short.
Our Solutions
After a thorough inspection by our expert Matthew, we provided Jayme with a clear and detailed estimate covering the mold remediation process. This ensures that homeowners are prepared for any surprises, like potential additional mold, which often surfaces in these situations.
Fortunately, we discovered that the mold was contained to one area, allowing for a more streamlined remediation process. Our skilled technicians quickly got to work:
1. Mold Remediation: We tackled the mold problem, ensuring the area was safe for Jayme and her family.
2. Demolition: Due to the extensive storm damage, Jayme decided to remove the affected sunroom. We provided a comprehensive estimate for safely taking it down and restoring the area.
3. Patching and Painting: Once the demolition was complete, we proceeded with patching, painting, and restoration to make the area like new again.
During this project, our supervisor Paulino played a pivotal role in maintaining quality control and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Jayme appreciated Paulino and his crew's thorough work, including prepping new fascia boards and repairing areas that had been problematic for years.
Then, to ensure her home was protected from future storms, we added new gutters—an improvement designed to help mitigate the effects of heavy rains.
The Transformation
The results of our efforts were visible, with Jayme noting, “Matthew has excellent communication skills, and he and the different crews demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout all three jobs. They thoroughly cleaned up after each job (no small feat!).”
After completing the renovations, we left the area beautiful and functional, ready for Jayme to enjoy without the worries of mold or water damage.
Conclusion
We take immense pride in our ability to respond to our clients' needs with professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to quality. It was rewarding to turn around Jayme’s situation from one of distress to satisfaction, with a sunroom now perfectly suited for her home.
