During the sale of my home, a 3rd party inspector found three areas on the roof that the shingles were likely damaged by wind. Per my situation, I needed to have the damaged assess and repaired in a timely manner. I contacted Friendly Restoration after reading reviews and had my expectations exceeded. For example I made contact in the morning, received a quote quickly (3rd party inspector took photos of damage via drone) and had the work done by end of the same day. I found the price a value due to the professionalism, service performed quickly, and backed with a 3 year warranty. Don’t hesitate to use this company!

Great Work FRS Team! :-) Friendly Restoration Services recently completed a hail damage roof replacement on my home, and I truly could not have chosen a better company to manage this project for me. Insurance claims can be a complicated process, however Geronimo Barajas, and Kevin Kelly, literally made dreams come true for my family. Attention to detail, experienced advice, availability, and constant communication were among the best I have ever received from any contracting company. We were so impressed with the new roof, we decided to have the FRS team install new gutters around our entire home, and re-screen all of our windows, upper and lower levels. Our roof looks amazing, with new gutters, and screens giving our home a brand new feel!! With 100% confidence, I would recommend this company for pretty much any type of home project. Thanks FRS!!

FRS was referred by a friend who had great experience with this company, already. Geronimo came with his crew members, working at our tile roof, which was damaged by tree limbs and storm waters, other crew members working inside the house repairing ceilings from garage and Utilities and painting the entire rooms. Geronimo himself climbed the tile roof many times, to double check on the work, to advise and direct his workers, to make sure the repair of the valley and tiles were done correctly. That particular gable and valley is delicate by design, as well. The ceiling repair and paint jobs in the rooms were done very good as well. Throughout the process, Geronimo was dealing with our Insurance as well and handled that claim for us. Geronimo demonstrated great knowledge, his work being precise and reliable, besides that he is a nice guy to work with. I recommend him very highly.
