5 perfect stars for delivering a quality renovation project for my personal home in SW 24th St. We received constant progress report on how it was going with the first floor face lift of our home. Demolitionists were perfect and the contractors worked professionally. End result was a brand new looking home, exactly what we hoped for. Over delivered in every way!

I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this contractor. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.
The job was left incomplete, with multiple major issues that should never happen with a professional. The plumbing that was installed began leaking almost immediately. The tile installation was done incorrectly, with uneven lines and poorly cut pieces that are visibly crooked. During the installation of the floor tile, the tiles were laid in straight rows rather than in a staggered pattern. I was told that switching to a staggered layoutādespite it being the standardāwould require the cost of an entirely new floor. I pointed out that not only is a staggered pattern standard practice, but the tile packaging itself clearly shows not to install the tiles in straight rows. While they ultimately corrected the mistake, this situation reflects a concerning lack of skill and basic knowledge. On top of that, the grout is already coming up from the floors, which speaks to poor installation and lack of durability.
The painting work was careless, with paint ending up on surfaces where it clearly didnāt belong. Despite repeated requests, no protective barriers were used at any point during the project, allowing dust to spread throughout the house which resulted in our AC unit being ruined.
The contractor also left a significant mess behind - both during and after the project. Glass, trash, and other debris were left scattered across our porch, patio, and yard, while inside the home, supplies, materials, and waste were piled up in the master bedroom and hallway. Although they eventually hired a cleaning crew, the effort was minimalāa basic wipe-down at bestāand dirty towels and garbage were still left behind throughout the house.
There were also ongoing issues with follow-through. The contractor requested that certain materials be ordered but then failed to complete the associated work. For example, they required that a vanity be delivered, then left it sitting outside on the doorstep for several days despite multiple requests to bring it inside.
Communication and professionalism were also lacking. The contractor frequently sent text messages after midnight. They were also unreliable with scheduling and not providing the requested 30-minute advance notice before arriving, despite being asked multiple times.
In one instance, I asked the contractor to pick up a side splash tile from a local supplier, and they initially agreed without issue. However, when the time came to retrieve it, they attempted to charge $750, claiming it was because the item was a tile piece rather than a faucet hose and that the pickup location was more than 30 minutes away.
This explanation made little sense, as the supplierāāStone Palaceāāclearly specializes in tile, not plumbing supplies, and I had already texted them specifying that it was a side splash. They then argued that I had not provided that information or the dimensions, despite the fact that their own worker had already communicated the measurements to me.
Additionally, the store is only about 4 miles from my home, with an estimated drive time of roughly 9 minutes, not 30. Although they ultimately did not follow through with the charge, this situation reflects a concerning lack of transparency and dishonesty in their business practices.
After leaving the project unfinished, they made no effort to follow up or address the outstanding issues. Now, despite the work remaining incomplete and unresolved, they are requesting payment.
Please see the attached photos showing the condition of the work during and after the project, which clearly reflect these concerns.
Overall, this has been an overwhelmingly negative experience. The lack of workmanship, professionalism, and accountability makes it impossible to recommend this contractor to anyone.
