Expert Plumbing Solutions in Atlanta
At Grassroots Plumbing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients in Atlanta, GA. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Erika Wuerzner, who reached out to us after struggling with corroded drain pipes leaking water from her tub. After years of dealing with major corporate plumbing services, Erika was ready for a more personalized and attentive experience, and we were thrilled to provide it.
The Before: Plumbing Challenges
Erika’s home faced significant plumbing issues due to corroded galvanized pipes. The leakage not only posed potential damage to her home but also required immediate attention to prevent further complications. She sought our help, looking for a plumbing company that would treat her with respect and offer high-quality service.
Upon receiving her request, our scheduler quickly responded and set up a time for our master plumber, Matt, to assess the situation. We believe that communication is key, so Matt reached out to Erika before the appointment to address her concerns and gather more insight into the plumbing issues.
The Transformation: Comprehensive Solutions
During his visit, Matt conducted a thorough inspection and immediately identified the old galvanized pipes as the culprit. He carefully replaced them with new PVC piping, ensuring the system would be leak-free and robust. But that wasn't all.
In addition to the drain pipe replacement, Matt took the initiative to perform an inspection as part of Erika's membership perks, which led him to discover root intrusion in her sewer line. This is a common yet serious issue that can lead to backups and severe plumbing crises if not addressed promptly.
Together with Erika, Matt discussed the options available, providing a transparent overview of the costs involved without any pressure, ensuring she felt empowered in the decision-making process. Ultimately, after thorough conversations, Erika opted for a complete sewer line replacement.
Our team tackled this significant job head-on, even facing challenges like jackhammering through bedrock to install the new line. We take our commitments seriously, which is why we offered a guarantee on our work. To enhance the safety of Erika's plumbing system, we also installed a pressure relief valve that would redirect excess pressure outside, preventing any future backups into her home.
The After: A Successful Transformation
The results of our work were met with praise, not only for the technical execution but also for the professional and respectful interaction throughout the process.
> "Great, local, and professional. So glad to have found a quality small business to support that treats you right," Erika shared in her review.
We were thrilled to exceed Erika's expectations and transform her plumbing system into a reliable infrastructure that would serve her home well into the future.
