Greg's team installed new extended supply trunk, return air plenum, and 4-inch air filter and reworked the entire duct system to center and balance it and even out air flow and temperatures to all rooms.

Greg was very responsive when first contacted. He's very professional and honest and doesn't try to up-sell you on things you don't need like many larger companies do. Very fair and reasonable pricing and service completed in timely manner. Greg and all his crew were very courteous and respectful of property. Also appreciated that he asked if masks were required when we first met and COVID #'s were still high. Would highly recommend!

I've owned several homes over the years and have dealt with many HVAC companies. Greg's by far has been the best I've ever worked with. Amazing service, promptness and pricing. His team put in the extra effort to make their service painless. I'd recommend them for sure.

Run don't walk to absolutely use this company! I work for a medical sleep clinic and we have had issues with our heater working during the occasional Austin deep freezes. I did a broad sweep request here to find someone to please come to our office during a deep freeze and the air wasn't blowing warm.
The owner Greg immediately contacted me and asked me very specific questions. He said he didn't service commercial facilities but... he treated me like family and we had back-and-forth conversations here. He schooled me in what to ask for etc...
I'd already scheduled one "national chain" company to make a service call. As well, we'd had a company we found here do some work but... comes to find out they're not commercial specialists and they never got us a bid to repair our units. The first company showed up and left because they couldn't find the units!
Meanwhile my new friend Greg gave me a referral to an honest hometown company who made it there the next day after the inept guys who couldn't find the units. But Greg's referral company, called me multiple times, asked the right questions, sent a high level guy there who knew our building searched high-and-low found the units on the roof, went on the roof and found our problems and gave us a temporary fix for under $500.
I can't say enough for anyone in business who has "empathy." HVAC companies aren't unlike healthcare providers, we need them for our health, we can freeze, pipes can burst or we can get heat exhaustion in the other extreme weather conditions in Austin.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Greg and his crew are honest, professional, efficient, available and skilled. We've had estimates from Greg 2 times over the past 2 years, and maintenance once. We finally decided to make the investment and I am very glad we chose Greg's. Stellar service and great communication, technical expertise; top notch all the way, and the bids for the install of our new HVAC beat out others we considered both times. I highly recommend Greg's Heating and Air.

Our 16 year old furnace died and left us without heat during the recent cold weather. Not only was the price good, Greg and his team had a new unit up and running within 24 hours of my phone call.

I called on a Sunday afternoon for what I thought might be an emergency issue (not really expecting an answer) and actually got the owner on the call and he attempted to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and (helped configure a temporary solution) as well as offer some advice and schedule his team to come out at the earliest possible date. This already was going above and beyond in my opinion. The team was prompt and courteous and did their best to fix the issue and offer some suggestions for future maintenance and improvements. I would highly recommend these services or have this company be your go-to for AC repair/service.
