Our upstairs unit was not working well at all.
I called Greg's by recommendation from my son, who
was very pleased with their work. In short order, Robert came
out and inspected the system and determined we had a faulty damper.
He measured the damper and then provided an estimate for a replacement. I agreed and the next day Jeremy came out with the replacement damper and performed the installation. He also inspected my a/c compressor letting me know all was within correct specification. Our house is cool again and I'm glad I called Greg's.

I think I've done four previous Yelp review in 20 years. After my experience with Greg's Heating and Air today, I felt compelled to post this.

My A/C unit blinked out last night. Anticipating the formidable challenge of finding a company that could resolve my A/C problem promptly, professionallly and at a reasonable cost, with dread and trepidation I hopped on Yelp to hopefully find a reputable HVAC repair company. After reading a number of reviews of several HVAC companies, I saw one clear choice - Greg's Heating and Air. Standout qualities were fast response times, outstanding communications, and honest work/pricing.

I contacted Greg's via Yelp after 10 p.m. and received an immediate response. I was scheduled for a service call at 10 a.m. with a technician from Greg's. I received a text around 9:45 a.m. informing me that Robert (pic included) was en route and he followed up the text with a phone call. He arrived around 10 a.m. and it took him approximately 10 minutes to diagnose the issue - my A/C motor was kaput. He made a call to the office and then informed me that a new motor was in stock, quoted a price, and said it would be installed today. Music to my sweaty ears on a hot Texas day in August!

Fifteen minutes later I got a text from Jeremy (pic included), another Greg's technician, stating that he would be by to install the new motor between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

I received another text from Jeremy at 3:52 p.m. notifying me that he was en route. He arrived shortly thereafter and promptly installed the new motor.

We all realize how far customer service has fallen across the board in the last few years. Unfortunately, we've grown so accustomed to being frustrated/disappointed dealing with businesses, we expect the worst. So when you have an experience with a company that does exactly what it says it'll do, when it says it'll do it and at the price it says it'll do it for, you're shocked. Greg's delivered flawless and seamless customer service along with superior communications and technical expertise. Bam!

I certainly don't want any more A/C issues, but if/when another one arises, I will only contact Greg's Heating and Air! Thanks Greg, Robert, Jeremy and all the folks "behind the scenes" that make Greg's Heating and Air run like a well oiled machine.

Excellent team at Greg's. Isaac came on time for the service appt today and was very clear in his communication. Excellent attitude & customer service! Isaac set the right expectations and asked permission when it needed more diagnosis (of leak location). He is skilled & found the leak quickly in my AC system and shared the video.

Called Greg's Heating and Air first thing in the morning because my AC was working intermittently. They had a service technician out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed that the float switch in my overflow pan was tripping due to water build up. He was able to quickly clear the drain line and get things back in working order.

While it may not have been a big job or too difficult, the fact that in the heat of the Austin summer Greg's was able to send a technician out in a matter of hours speaks volume to why I am a repeat customer.

I have had nothing but great experiences working with Greg and his team.
