I’ve been working with the Ground Guys since mid 2020. They’ve become like a family friend. I couldn’t say enough good about them. Even through dealing with the freeze and plants shortages, they’ve kept up with what I needed and done their best to fulfill my crazy specific plant requests. They’ve legit looked for my plant for a year. As someone running a business, I’ve always said, you learn the most about a business when things go “wrong.” Not that the business did anything wrong but things happen. I’ve been with these guys through The Freeze and COVID but they’ve always handled business. They’ve got great people who care about your dreams/landscape too. Mid-freeze, I have Jim and his crew coming to cover my plants. I know for a fact, every tarp he had was at a customer's home, but some plants at his house died, and nearly all mine survived. Very simply, you can’t ask for better.
