Great service, veteran owned

Where do I begin? I had a party on Saturday and my weeds in my flowerbeds were up to my chest literally. I called the grounds guys on Wednesday late afternoon to cut my lawn. I also told them my flower beds are atrocious and if they could just run the lawn mower over it because I didn't care about anything inside of the flowerbeds. Tina quickly said that just mowing over it is not up to their standards. BOY AM I GLAD SHE SAID THAT! The grounds guys were at my house the next day (Thursday) they mowed my lawn and got me a quote for the flower beds to be done the right way. As a seriously detail oriented person I appreciated this quote tremendously. It's not like the other quotes that just say "weed removal $XX" it explained everything that they would do and what exactly I would be paying for. I called up the grounds guys said I accept and agree to the quote and they knew I had this party on Saturday. Sure enough they went above and beyond they came out the next day (Friday) and worked for HOURS! They not only dug up weed roots that were 3 ft deep they removed all of it. Treated everything and Laid practically a tarp down to prevent the weed manifestation in the future. The work impressed me don't get me wrong. But what impressed most was the attention to detail and the little things. From the itemized quote to them removing my tree stands that apparently needed to be sawed off because I left them in there too long and the trees roots basically cemented them in. Fixing my sprinkler routine because apparently I was watering one zone for an hour every day All the way to them bringing my trash cans in from the curb. I cannot praise and recommend this company enough. Obviously I use them regularly now and the employees at the grounds guys of pflugerville are like my family. One time I forgot that they were coming and my dogs were out. I get a call telling me so and I'm mortified. I apologize and tell them I'm on my way I'm just down the street. Now my dogs are super friendly but still it's the fact of the matter. So I rush home to bring them in and sure enough the guys are out back playing fetch with my dogs and giving them lots of love. That meant more to me than they knew. Now every time the grounds guys of pflugerville come my dog Jill watches her best friends take care of her playground through the window with much delight. Again the work speaks for itself they are phenomenal and they do sprinkler systems too! However it's the employees and the owners of this company that truly leave me speechless.

Yesterday William and Luke came to our home to service our yard. As they were cutting the grass, I asked them if they need any water? They replied: No, but began to show me their attention to detail as they cut my grass. To say I was impressed is an understandment. I have an adverage size yard, yet they spent about two-hours cutting my grass. Being retired Army, I am not they easily impressed. The Ground Guys of Pflgerville have my endorsement and my business for life.

Excellent experience with Milton slater from the ground guys. He was knowledgeable about what he does and quickly fixed my irrigation system problem. Would definitely rely on them again if any other issues occur.

We needed a consult for our sprinkler system that wasn't turning on. Tina responded promptly to our messages. Every other company I contacted wanted to charge at least 85$ just to make an initial visit. Mr. Milt came out to our home and was super professional and awesome. Informative and troubleshooted the issue. Our lawn is now being nourished in this nasty Texas heat. And we were charged zero dollars. We were very satisfied and impressed with the service.
