I had this company do about $12,000 worth of work to tear out and replace my front landscaping. A few weeks later I had a major leak in the irrigation they installed and they said they only offer a 7 day warranty. Absolutely terrible customer service I would avoid this company at all costs.

I don't have anything against Tina personally. When I tracked her down at her home office, we talked this through, and came to a more reasonable settlement taking into account our conflicting interpretations of what happened. For that, I'll give another star. What Tina fails to mention is that they had my credit card info, failed to bill it, and somehow they think this was on me. Pros: - If you like long contracts with customer-punishing terms that will be interpreted against you, these guys might be right up your alley. - If you like getting a lot of emails with lawn care tips, this might be the firm for you. Please stay on top of them, because there can be account information mixed in. Cons: Costs roughly twice as much as quotes I got from competitors.

They’re prompt, and communicative. They always email to let me know when they are coming by, and always do a great job. My yard is a bit of a mess and I can’t tend to it due to health reasons (sorry guys!). They’re always very careful to navigate around obstacles without damaging anything. It’s a pro outfit for sure.
