Stay away from this business - they destroyed my son’s home. Responding to Ryan’s message: The damage to my son’s home came to almost $20,000. I asked you for $15,000 and you refused. You were not threatened, I simply stated I did not want any of your crew into the home again after the completely devastating experience we were put through. You showed up unannounced at the home, demanding payment, scared my daughter-in-law who was crying and so upset with the damage to their newly purchased home and were asked to leave. You denied any wrongdoing doing and after being shown the pictures told us that you didn’t think you were responsible. You ignored every attempt to resolve this and reimburse us for the destruction you and your crew wrought upon their first home purchase. We spoke with an attorney, but because I live in CA we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to pursue you in court. NO ONE should be subjected to this type of shoddy work and terrible communication. None of the workers were employees, only random workers that Eva and Ryan would call. They never showed up on time, and spent portions of the day just standing around. There was no leadership, no checklists, no follow through and no communication. We are still trying to repair the damage as it was so extensive and pervasive, and we keep finding problems. Terrible experience. I hired them to work in my son’s home and they literally destroyed portions of the home. This remodel was a gift for my son and they turned it into an absolute nightmare. Broken promises every day - they would say they were going to be there and then no one from their company would show up. I would have to call and text over and over to try and get them there. The photos tell the story. Large sail cloth patio covers were not installed correctly, they didn’t dig the holes deep enough and did not allow the concrete to cure, and within weeks the poles fell, bringing the sail cloth with it, damaging the patio furniture and fencing. Garbage disposal fell out of the bottom of the sink - not installed correctly. They cracked the guest bathroom toilet and installed it incorrectly causing a leak. We had to remove that toilet and install a brand new one. Master closet built ins were not installed properly, are crooked and lacked the hanging racks because they were not installed with the proper dimensions. It’s basically useless. Damaged a newly re-surfaced bathtub. Guest bathroom wallpaper: incomplete, poorly installed, left huge open patches and didn’t finish it. And it peeled off the walls within days. Hung the mirror and didn’t hang it centered over the vanity to try and hide the horrible wallpaper job. Cut holes in the vanity for plumbing - destroyed the $2500 vanity base and I had to buy another one and have it installed. Second bathroom wallpaper - cuts in the wallpaper, glue smeared everywhere - a total mess. Ripped out shelves in the closets and destroyed the inside walls of the closets and then put in shelves that were waaaaay to shallow. Made a huge mess of the electoral outlets, left them exposed and unfinished and installed all the ceiling fans wrong and I had to have an electrician come out and remove them all (4) and re-install. There is so much more, but these give you an idea on the poor work performed by this “contractor”. This was a nightmare experience and I highly recommend you look elsewhere. It was so bad, I ended up in tears most days.

We had MANY projects to get accomplished before moving into our 17 year old home. Ryan was flexible, responsive, and got everything accomplished on time, even with the usual unanticipated issues when tackling so many tasks. I highly recommend them!!

HandyMan and Beyond did a great job installing our ceiling mounted storage rack in the garage. They were very responsive from the beginning until the end and their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use this group again.
