Larry broke my display monitor while mounting it on the wall. He shirked responsibility of the damage and blamed customers instead. Due to his lack of accountability, I will never recommend him.

Larry installed 4 Brondell bidets for us in our home in Georgetown. He also repaired one of the flush tanks. He was prompt, polite, pleasant and reasonable. He was meticulous about his work, punctual and did not charge me when he had to come back twice to make adjustments to the flush. I would give Larry more stars, but 5 is the maximum. Thank you Larry!

I moved into my recently purchased 3yr old house only to find the garbage disposal was not working. After putting that on the back burner for a couple of days to get some other things accomplished I plugged in my vacuum cleaner in the master bedroom and when turning it on it tripped the breaker. Off went the lights in the bedroom and no power in bathroom either. It was obviously time to call someone for help. I filled out the info to make an appointment request and Larry returned my call within 30 minutes or less. The appointment was set for the very next morning and the garbage disposal was fixed and the breaker issue that turned out to be a faulty fan/light wiring problem was fixed all in a couple of hours. This appointment included running to the local Home Depot to choose and purchase a new fan. Larry was very patient with me as I took my time to pick out the new fan/light. He had it up and running in a short amount of time including power back on in the bedroom and bathroom. Thank you Larry!

Reached out to look into a door alignment / door gap issue. Larry responded promptly. He was upfront that he could fix the door issue and he did resolved the problem. I appreciate Larry's candid and honest response on another task on flooring in which he suggested I get someone else to look into as he does not have the right equipment.
