Hired Larry yesterday to fix bathtub faucet hot water supply problem and he fixed it this morning, no fuss, no hassle, very professional, knows his business. Paid him using Zelle and got nice receipt from Larry for our records. I've hired several handymen recently for small jobs on several rentals and Larry is the best. Larry is now my go-to repair guy for all our rentals.
