Jerry with Hansen Family Plumbing was phenomenal. He was able to successfully retrieve a screwdriver that was lodged somewhere underground in the main water line. This item was backing up water in our toilet and shower. My wife and I had just moved into our new home and we are appreciative of Jerry’s hard work and determination. If it wasn’t for him, my wife and I were looking at a more expensive repair.

I was in need of a new company that could service our AC unit and googled for some options. I liked that this company seemed kind of small but with a lot of positive reviews and very few negative reviews so I gave them a call along with a few other companies. I needed to get my AC unit just inspected before the full force of the summer months and most companies wouldn’t even see me for a month or two. Hansen was able to get me in right away. They were very communicative and the technician was great. I was so worried they were going to try to upsell me, like many companies do, but our unit is only three years old and the technician honestly reported that it looked to be in good shape and I wouldn’t need any additional service on it. They were running a special of $69 for the inspection, which is a great deal! I definitely recommend them and plan to use them if we ever have problems with our unit in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided throughout the entire process. I called on a Saturday to have someone take a look at a number leaks I discovered the night before. Jerry came out on the same day. He was very kind. I told him he was the first person to come out and I wanted to have others take a look at it too. He was very understanding and even tightened something to temporarily make the leaking stop. He was the only one that could come out on Saturday. Everyone else I had to set up time for the upcoming Monday. Turned out that the price Jerry provided was around the same price range but on the lower end. I decided to move forward with the work and it was beyond my expectations. I thought I would only get one of the three things fixed but he fixed all three and I got a discount! He was quick and everything looked great. I'm so happy. Thank you, thank you so much for helping me.

Tate came 2 times. Once to fix low water pressure at kitchen sink. Checked faucet head, cleaned it out and problem solved. He didn't charge me because he said he didn't really do anything. I didn't even know the faucet head could be opened up. I called Hanson's shortly after to install new disposal. Tate came this a.m., got it done quickly, took old unit with him to discard, told me Hanson's will register new unit for me for lifetime warranty. Just so happy to have found this company. Such peace of mind!!

My first interaction with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was when I contacted them with a HVAC terminology question, as I tried to suss out whether or not my home warranty company was trying to pull a fast one on me. (They were.) Jessica was able to get my question over to Dan, who called me back very quickly and was more than happy to spend his time answering my questions even though I had explained to him that I would not be able to use his company since the home warranty company decided which contractor would perform the work.

A few days later, after battling with my home warranty company and the contractors they had sent out, I reached out to Hansen Family again to request that they come out and give me an estimate for the repair.

They were able to get me an appointment the same day, and I once again had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was out at my place within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He and I discussed my options and my budget, and Dan was able to offer a whole new system to me at an outstanding price. Even better, they were able to offer an appointment to install it the next day.

Dan and his team showed up on time the next day, and replaced my entire HVAC system. Everyone on the team was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and showed great care towards my home and the people and things in it. They took the time to explain next steps, and asked me to contact them when I switched from heating to cooling so they could re-check the system and refrigerant levels to ensure that I have a comfortable summer.

Later that evening, well after normal business hours, I noticed some unexpected behavior and I reached out to Dan directly who was happy to help me out and explain things to me.

Even though Hansen Family Plumbing and Air has completed their work, Dan is still working with me to make sure that the home warranty company gets everything they need from me so that I can be reimbursed for some of the work that was done.

The Trane system they installed has a great warranty, and I trust that Hansen Family Plumbing and Air stands behind their work. As part of the replacement, I also was enrolled in their membership program which includes one free annual plumbing inspection. I’ve already scheduled that, and I look forward to using Hansen Family again for some small plumbing jobs around the house.

If I had to do things all over again, I would absolutely choose Hansen Family. Their service is outstanding, and pricing is unbeatable. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work, materials, and the units they install.

I contact Hansen Family off of yelp reviews. The response time on my inquiry was fast, and I’d like to mention that I sent my inquiry 10 minutes until closing. I was not expecting a response. Britni was super helpful and informative and was able to get me schedule right away. Henry showed up right on time and was super friendly. I showed him exactly what I needed done and what I had done prior. He was encouraging saying I was practically finished, but the extra work that needed to be done I was not comfortable doing, which he was more than happy to do. After quickly installing new thermostats, Henry helped with set up and made sure everything worked correctly. Awesome company and will most definitely remember them.
