Transforming a Revere Backyard
Transforming a Revere Backyard
At Hernandez Landscaping, we take immense pride in our ability to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional areas that our clients can enjoy year-round. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client who reached out to us through Thumbtack for assistance with their Dutch Colonial home's backyard. They had a range of landscaping needs, including clean-up, lawn mowing, and general yard maintenance.
Understanding the Client's Needs
Our client, Babi M., contacted us early in September to get a quote for their home. Their backyard was in need of attention and they wanted the front and side yards spruced up as well. After reviewing the project details, our team was quick to respond, scheduling a visit to assess the property and offer an estimate.
As often happens in life, our client got busy and realized that their house guests would be arriving soon, leaving them with little time for the necessary clean-up. Babi reached out to us on Monday, October 7th, just days before their guests arrived, looking for urgent assistance.
Quick Response and Efficient Service
Understanding the urgency, we immediately arranged for our team to come out that Saturday, October 12th, early in the morning. Punctuality is one of our core values at Hernandez Landscaping, and we strive to ensure that our clients feel our commitment through every interaction.
On that rainy and windy day, our experienced crew of landscapers arrived exactly as scheduled and got to work. We focused on clearing out debris, mowing the lawn, and doing a thorough clean-up of the front and side yards, all of which were in desperate need of our care.
Going Above and Beyond
As proud as we are of our work, itās our customer experience that truly sets us apart. After completing our work in about 2-3 hours, we discovered that some areas could use a little extra attention. Babi sent us a few pictures showing the unfinished areas, and we were quick to respond. A team member returned the very next day to complete the remaining tasks.
In Babiās own words:
> "Christian Hernandez and his crew are awesome, and I give them an A+++++ for their work. Christian has been extremely responsive and very easy and courteous to work with. I will definitely engage their services again."
This kind of feedback fuels our passion for what we do. We believe that no job is finished unless our clients are completely satisfied.
Conclusion
The transformation we achieved for Babi M.'s home in Revere, MA, is just one example of our commitment to quality and reliability in landscaping services. Whether itās yard clean-ups, lawn maintenance, or a full landscape makeover, our dedicated team is here to cater to your needs.
