November 2024 insurance claim from a leaking water heater in the attic that lasted until January 2026. It required water remediation, drywall removal and replacement, paint, removal and replacement of the double oven cabinet and a 34” piece of granite countertop. All staff were very polite and respectful throughout the process. Here is a list of objective data from the 14 month experience: 1. Paint trim had a sag that I fortunately caught before the paint dried. He called it a mistake. 2. A rebuilt oven cabinet (seven months to a close match the original stain) that made the side trim flush, instead of matching the 3/16” lip like the original and current refrigerator cabinet. 3. Staining the new cabinet resulted in dark edges on the trim, created by not properly wiping off the stain. He called it a mistake. He gently sanded it off. One top trim piece was not flush at the two miter joints. Instead of removing it and reinstalling it properly, he ground off one edge sticking out, and used caulk to fill the other gapped miter joint. 4. Failure to cover the two smoke detectors that resulted in them replacing them. 5. Cleaning up the drywall dust on the floor resulted in smearing a paste on the wood floor. I cleaned it properly. 6. Small (could only be seen when I was on my knees sweeping the floor), paint splatter in various places on the kitchen floor from when they repainted the ceiling. 6. Replacing the 34” countertop piece that somehow left a 5/16” gap against the backsplash. 7. Six months of evasiveness between when the countertop was reinstalled, and when they returned (they filled the gap with the appropriate color grout, leaving small holes in the grout). 8. Residue stain rubbed off the new cabinet and left marks on the freshly painted wall. After I told them that I would take care of it, the man doing all the work decided to use a utility knife to scape it off. He slit the trim on the cabinet and said nothing. I found it 5 minutes after they left. I repaired it myself. 9. Left floor protection runners in my front foyer until January 2026. 10. Regularly asking me to contact my insurance company to coordinate finishing the work.

These guys absolutely crushed it when we really needed them! A urinal in our commercial building didn't stop running and flooded our space badly. They showed up the same day, took control, and mitigated serious damages. Fantastic company and you can trust them to take care of you.

They handled all facets of the job from isolating damaged rooms, packing up room contents and furniture, removing damaged flooring, Sheetrock and base boards. Now they are rebuilding walls, flooring and paint. They work closely with insurance agents so I don’t have to. High quality and fast work.
