We recently bought a home at a great price due to the fact that there had been water damage from a flood that the previous owner (whom was elderly) had not been able to take care of. We had Glen and Marshall from Austin Hi-Tech come out and look at the house before we purchased, to assess the extent of the damage, as well as give us an estimate for how much it would cost to repair the damage, as well as make some upgrades to make it "our own". This was our first home repair experience, and neither me nor my husband have much experience in this type of field, so the knowledge and guidance that Marshall and Glen offered was invaluable. It gave us the confidence we needed to purchase the home, even though the condition of the home (to our eyes) was extremely intimidating. Without Glen and Marshall's reassurances, we never would have bought this home, which would have been tragic, as we love the home, we love the neighborhood, and our kids are having a blast. Austin HI-Tech came in, told us what needed to be done, gave us ideas on how to improve the living space, and then did excellent work all around. We already have some new ideas on home improvements so we might be giving Austin Hi-Tech a call again soon.
