Plumbing Rescue: A Nighttime Fix
At High Speed Rooter, we pride ourselves on our responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Recently, our team faced a challenging emergency that perfectly showcased our values and expertise in plumbing services.
The Situation Before Our Arrival
Jennifer Chang, a resident of Rowland Heights, reached out to us in a state of urgency. One night, her household encountered a significant plumbing issue when both bathroom toilets became clogged, and water started overflowing from the shower drains. This unfortunate turn of events left her and her family unable to use the bathrooms for the entire night, which understandably caused a great deal of stress.
With no emergency plumber available immediately, Jennifer took the initiative to contact several nearby plumbers. It was early the next morning when Frank, one of our skilled plumbers, received her message. He quickly understood the gravity of the situation and switched into action mode.
Our Swift Response and Solution
Frank’s commitment to customer care shines in moments like these. He promptly called Jennifer to gather more details about the plumbing issues. Understanding that time was of the essence, he made his way to her home without delay, despite the distance.
Upon arrival, Frank did not just jump straight into the repairs; he ensured that Jennifer was informed every step of the way. He patiently detailed the potential issues and solutions, including a transparent discussion about pricing. To properly assess the situation, Frank utilized a camera to inspect the plumbing lines, revealing the extent of the blockage.
Within an hour, Frank managed to alleviate the blockage, restoring their plumbing to full functionality. What truly sets us apart is our team’s dedication to going above and beyond for our clients. Instead of simply performing the repairs, Frank took the time to ensure everything was working seamlessly and that no mess was left behind.
> “Thank goodness, he was able to fix it within an hour. He could have done only very minimum, but, he went above and beyond making sure everything is correctly, nothing left behind. Therefore, I strongly recommend Frank for anyone who needs plumbing job done.” - Jennifer Chang
The Results: Restoring Peace of Mind
Thanks to Frank's swift action and thorough approach, Jennifer and her family could return to their daily routines without worry. Our team's expertise in plumbing allowed us to transform an urgent situation into a successful resolution, earning us a glowing 5-star review from Jennifer.

Expert Gas Line Relocation in Action
At High Speed Rooter & Plumbing, we take pride in delivering exemplary plumbing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a client named Mark Lowe, who was hoping to relocate his gas line shutoff to accommodate a new stove installation. This project not only showcased our expertise but also highlighted the dedication of our team, particularly Israel, who was instrumental in making this transformation happen.
The Challenge: Adjusting the Gas Line Shutoff
Before contacting us, Mark faced a common yet challenging situation. The existing gas line shutoff was positioned inconveniently for the installation of his new stove. Realizing he couldn’t tackle this complex job on his own, he sought out multiple estimates from plumbing professionals. Unfortunately, of the three appointments he scheduled, only one plumber showed up as promised.
This is where our commitment to reliability truly sets us apart. Mark’s experience led him to us, and we were eager to assist him.
Our Process: The High Speed Rooter Way
Upon arrival, Israel, one of our experienced plumbers, met with Mark and assessed the issue at hand. He recognized the need to crawl under the house to get a true understanding of the existing plumbing layout.
- Assessment: Israel quickly evaluated the current setup, noting necessary adjustments.
- Execution: Without unnecessary delays, he decided to make a couple of adjustments right away.
- Relocation: Using specialized tools, he expertly cut a notch in the floor and anchored the gas line into its new position, ensuring both safety and compliance with regulations.
Despite the complexity of the task, all the adjustments were completed in just about one hour.
The Result: A Seamless Transformation
Thanks to Israel's professionalism and expertise, the project concluded successfully. Mark Lowe expressed his satisfaction thoroughly:
> “I recommend High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. Responsive, professional, and easy to work with. A special thank you to Israel. He is one of those folks that is totally professional, and yet his personality is so friendly and generous. He left, and I feel like I have a new friend. Thanks for such an efficient and reasonable fix to my case.”
We are thrilled to have not only solved Mark’s plumbing issues but also made a lasting positive impression in the process.
