I needed a furnace and air conditioning maintenance schedule. Tony quoted me $65 for each unit which was within my price expectation. He was able to schedule me within a week and although he needed to reschedule due to some emergency calls it was within 3 days from our initial agreed time.

He showed up on time as promised and spent about 40 minutes total with both units. He told me found no major issues but if something did occur he’s be happy to come back out without a service call fee since we haven’t really needed to turn the furnace on yet.

We will continue to use him for our maintenance schedule and to call if a problem arises.

Tony was very good communicating what needed fixed and the cost involved. He recommended replacing the unit but with summer nearly over we will fix what’s broke and address that issue in the spring. He is very professional and a great worker. We will be calling on him for our HVAC needs
