Tony was very quick to reply to our initial request for help. He came out promptly the next day and gave us our options. He was zero pressure and told us he would do whatever we wanted to do. We did not feel pushed into either option nor did he try to sell us on anything. We opted for a new unit and his team were out a couple of days later and got everything installed as promised. Very professional, prompt and great to work with. Would definitely recommend!
